Our repair was handled by a knowledgeable, professional and courteous gentlemen. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed our refrigerator. We couldn't have been more pleased.
We just wish Asurion provided appliance warranty contracts, we would sign up immediately!
AT&T's was very helpful and guided me through the form that needed to be filled out. The form was easy to fill out. The replacement phone from Asurion arrive within 24 hours. It was packaged well and everything that was promised was delivered in the box. I appreciated that I was given a contact number to set up my phone. AT&T was also happy to assist with this in the store. I was informed by Asurion that I would upgrade from an iPhone 11 to a 13. I agreed to that and am pleased with the upgrade. My experience was flawless. Thank you!
My mom dropped her phone in water and rice couldn't save it. This was the easiest claim I have ever made! I can't believe it was on-line at that.
I highly recommend buying an extended warranty from Asurion®
Omg! Absolutely Love them! I came in worried about my phone and that i would have to wait and it wouldnt get fix! It was not no way like that at all! They fixed the problem and with speedy service the next two hours i had my phone! Awesome sauce! :) as they say.thank you guys so much again!
Currently on my 3rd day trying to make a claim for my phone and workers continue to send me the same exact thing as the last worker no matter how much I explain that it isn't working. Not sure why I pay for insurance if I can't even get a new damn phone out of it. Ridiculous.
For $520/yr I had 4 devices insured. We tend to keep our devices several years. When we filed a claim for a Galaxy S21 Asurion replaced it with a refurbished device and charged a $225 deductible, about the aftermarket value of a refurbished model. This insurance is clearly only cost effective if you update your devices frequently.
I had to file an insurance claim in my laptop for the first time ever. I believe it is worth paying for the insurance plan on all my devices. If I didn't have the plan, I would've had to pay over $1,600 to replace the device. With the insurance deductible I paid $275. That's a huge difference. Plus, they sent me a brand new laptop, not a refurbished one. Even better, I received it in the mail the next morning.
I'm pretty much on the spectrum when it comes to computers or anything online. So I have to say I was extremely relieved at how easy the insurance claim was to fill out and how easy the site was to use and navigate through. It's stressful when your phone stops working completely and this site relieved a lot of that stress. This was my first time ever making a claim. That being said I would highly recommend Asurion to friends and family
Raymund was awesome today taking care of my concern. I was not expecting a refund, however it was like we were talking in person today. Fantastic service representative you don't always find this in today's experiences. Thanks again!
Jailyn did an amazing job of not only resolving my concern but understanding me. Today was a hard day for me and her encouraging words got me up and going with my day. Reminded me that us moms are strong. Thank you Jailyn for being remarkably human while still getting things done. I appreciate you so much.
Dude... Picture this. Im dreaming of a day where my phone will set its self up and put me out of my misery. Then, an angel with the name of Christine enters the chat. Not only was she the most patient human being alive with the spirit of the Christmas god's themselves, she was great company while I tried my best to perform the simplest of tasks and with her help, I barely even struggled. She could talk Osama bin Laden out of a cave. Why is she not a CEO herself? Who is running this place? Hand Christine the reigns.
I purchased a chair warranty from Staples almost 3 years ago. It actually expires next month. I submitted a claim with a picture of my receipt and chair damage (even though it was my fault). Within two hours I had my refund. I don't like purchasing warranties because the hassle isn't worth it, but this was so easy and quick. This is a warranty I recommend. I've already gotten a new chair and also purchased the warranty.
I took the sim card out of my 1.5 years old phone and was just using it on wifi and damaged the phone and asurion rejected the claim because of no sim card. Company phone, iPhone 13, has dual sim capabilities and why carry two phones? Seems like the phone should have been safer because it never left the house. Paid the coverage fee for a year and a half for nothing. Not impressed.

On buying new goalkeeper gloves, the cashier recommended the protection plan. I never buy protection like this, but given the probability of wear and the promise of replacement, I thought I'd give it a try. Sure enough - my son wore the gloves about 6 months of steady plan (3-4x per week practices and matches), and finally the foam was worn to the point of being in need of replacement. Claim was simple - copy of receipt, pictures of front and back of the gloves, and within 2 days I had an e-gift card as promised. Will definitely do again.
Didn't know what to expect, a friend of mine recommended this service plan. I came back from deployment and my computer just stopped working and wouldn't turn on I created a claim, paid the deductible, shipped in my computer, and had it back within a week fixed and ready to go! I have the home plus plan, gives me a peace of mind that all my technology is covered and can possibly be repaired if something happens, by just a click of a few buttons! Thank you!
I had to call back two more times after they said my replacement phone was being sent- it wasn't until the third time that they actually processed it to be shipped. The phone I received was floating around a huge box and ended up arriving damaged. Had to go through all of the paperwork again to get the replacement replaced. Their website never works, the emails and texts they sent are not received. After confirming my replacement they told me I'd get an update in 24 hrs. After a week I called back and they said that they needed me to just call back to confirm (yes I checked my junk mail). Useless service, every person gives different information.

I'm not sure I will continue paying phone insurance, most likely not, wish there was another option. My phone got stolen twice while in Mexico, people be very careful here, I'm in shock and feeling so helpless, no way to contact them over email and chat is inactive, they ask you to call, well call you how if i had my device stollen? Not always people around with phones and that is just not helpful AT ALL. Waiting for over 24hrs for response and nothing yet, submitted a claim, nothing yet, they want me to call. I have no device to call you! Maybe figure some other valid options to contact you while out of US. Another thing I found pointless is they ask device serial number, well the device is missing yo so I can't go to my settings and tell you numbers. My provider is Verizon
The claims process is abysmal. The website is abysmal. They'll make you resubmit everything 10x, manually for any reason whatsoever. They will deny your claims even though they should be covered. It's literally the worst experience I've ever had with an insurer. Do not, I repeat, do NOT get fooled by their marketing and advertising.

I scheduled and paid a week in advance to have my phone fixed. Was given a time and date. Noone shows to fix my phone nor do they have enough respect to call me and let me know anything! I call and ask what's going on with my phone repair and the rep tells me there phone repair guy way running way behind yesterday and decided to go to his next repair after mine and not call to cancel or nothing. Now they tell me it will be another week or more before they can get to my phone! This is so unprofessional and this is my business phone. They already got my money so they just throw me under the bus! I have been on hold almost a hour to speak to a manager AND STILL HOLDING! UNREAL
Was told in your contract you're paying for overnight service so you will be getting the next day or sometimes people get it the same day. Plus you have to send us your identification (drivers license) before we can send off your phone. Just gave them all the information they needed to start a claim what more do they need?! That night I wasn't getting off until late which I told them they didn't care at all. So I didn't get my phone until Tuesday morning at 9:30 am. FedEx was slow and so was Asurion!
Hello. We are sincerely sorry for the delay. This is not the experience we want for you. We hope you are back up and running now. -Rue
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
Hello, Richard. We are definitely sorry for any trouble you have experienced. Our deductibles are only a portion of the retail cost of your device. Please let us know if you have any questions. -Rue
