Absolutely terrible service. Tried to call because my 2 tear old Costco Hisense TV would not turn on - I had purchased a addituonal 3 years of warranty from Costco, which was apparently provided by Asurion. I waited for an hour on the first call to Asurion and finally hung up. Called again later and was able to connect with someone within 15 minutes. She did nothing to diagnose the problem - simply said someone would call me back in 3 days. Waited 5 days and no one called back. Called again, connected quickly, and after describing the issue was told I was being redirected to another department. Message from the other department said that they were closed and to call back the next day. Called the original support number again. This time I was told I would receive a call back in 2 more days. I don't expect I will. Bottom line - the Asurion warranty is worthless. Shame on Costco and any other retailer who uses this service.
The service was excellent. I got my phone like brand new phone in two hours after it was in a bad condition.
Andrew does not know the difference between a pop-up and a text message. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he replied with the supervisor wants to know what you want to ask him. My reply was I would like to know the supervisor's first and last name. Andrew transferred me back to the general queue.
This is the first time I used asurion and I wish I have used them sooner. I have often times tried to fix simple things myself such as broken screen or cleaning my charging port but this was so much easier and convenient.
They asked me to upload same documents multiple times. After 8 days and uploading pictures of the product multiple times, they denied stating I did not upload the documents. They want to retain you as a customer just to get monthly subscription. They use Ubreakfix to get new customers. Worst experience ever. Get direct extended coverage through Costco/Dell/apple etc.
The representative, Chris, who I dropped my phone off with this morning was extremely friendly, professional & accommodating. I appreciate his promptness, reassurance, communication & the speed at which he repaired my phone. He told me it was a difficult repair & would take approximately 4 hours, so I agreed to leave the phone with him. Within 4 hours, he text my alternate number to let me know it was ready to be picked up. As someone who has been in customer service for over 30 years, I was extremely impressed with his level of customer satisfaction! He's a keeper; give him a big fat raise!

I use Asurion for my Autistic son's devices because I never know what can happen down the road with him! He enjoys his tablet SO MUCH & the reassurance from Asurion gives me peace of mind that he's covered whenever he goes! Thanks Asurion! Highly recommend this service!
I dropped my Apple Watch 9 about 2 months after I got it and Broke the back where the magnetic charger goes. Set up the exchange with Asurion.
Spoke with Shaquan, (hope I spelled his name right) and he was beyond helpful. I'm not tech savvy at all and he was patient and very personable. It was nice talking to a stateside person. There were no awkward delays in conversation. It was like I was talking to a friend who was helping me fix my watch. Walked me through all the steps, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable of my device setup.
Don't know how to even begin to sing his praise. Y'all got a good one in him.

Each time I had to call into customer care, the wait times were very short, and each agent was extremely polite and to the point and thorough. Also, given my circumstances in needing a replacement phone, each agent was perfectly sympathetic and understanding. The friendliness and professionalism was *******% consistent between each agent. ( I had the pleasure of speaking with Rodney, Nicole, Melanie, and Simon)

I had a little trouble on the website, so I used the chat box to get my claim sorted out. The person who helped me was named Maria, and she was great! She was able to submit a claim on my behalf to Guitar Center, and in a matter of 10 minutes, I had an appointment booked to repair my guitar. Super grateful for Asurion, and would definitely recommend for anybody else!

Filing the claim online was very easy. The shipping of the replacement phone was extremely fast. Activating the phone online using the chat agent was excellent and took only minutes.
The guy was ahead of schedule and was able to come 2 hours earlier than originally planned. He was very professional and friendly. He fixed my phone and put a screen protector on it all within less than 30 minutes.
Been paying into Asurion insurance for years and never filed a claim. The first time I do for a cracked screen the company lied and said my claim didn't go through when I did it over the phone and they even directed me to what store to take it to. This company lies. They will gladly take your money for years and the first time you claim they make it so you can't get it fixed. Who can send their phone out for a week?

Broke the screen on our S10+. Phone still works. But they say it has to be completely replaced and that costs $300 deductible. Why? They offer screen repair! But we mysteriously can't use it? The screen and the digitizer LCD are all one piece. STOP THE LIES! Customer beware!
The staff is friendly helpful and professional. They respond quickly and are able to resolve any issues you might be having with a device or service. My go to for any issues I have even device replacement or claims needed!

Rebecca helped me fix my phone screen which was to be expected, however she went above and beyond, giving me directions to near by areas I would find interesting so I wasn't bored while waiting, fixed my screen and cleaned my audio ports and offered the best conversation experience. She is amazing and her kindness made what should be a headache of an experience delightful
Blindly signed for Asurion insurance? On new Verizon phone some years ago. Phone damaged in auto accident. Tried to make a claim for two days and never made contact with Asurion to file claim. With some thousands of employees they apparently have none to field phone calls. I did get a text by using FB Messanger but never a dialog. Verizon, my carrier apologized numerous tomes but did not have a phone for Asurion either. They are overrated at 1.02 stars. The worst customer service imaginable.
Kelsey was my tech and she was amazing! She answered every one of my questions as well as sending me links for me to review the information in greater detail. Even though I didn't make a claim this time, she did not get irritated with my millions of questions.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
