I wasn't going to put insurance on my new phone but the salesman talked me into it, I'm so glad he did because I cracked my screen about a month in and without insurance I would have been out a lot of money. Definitely recommend getting insurance.
I am totally satisfied with Asurion's services! My chromebook had a cracked screen and torn apart from the keyboard. I thought I was giving a new laptop until I saw all of my things still saved! Thank you again Asurion for a fast turn around service. TR
Paying for a service for about 4 years added a new phone and my daughter lost it on vacation they don't pay I'm going to cancel this service on all my lines very misleading and not at all responsible for claims didn't even bother to email me and and let me know that the claim was denied.
My air conditioner started shutting down and coming back after powering it off. I went online and texted asurion and they just warrantied the air conditioner 100%. Thank God I purchased the warranty!
This review is based upon the Adviser experience: Collin was very patient, took me through steps when needed, and was generous & kind. 5/5. However, at the end of the conversation I was told to go through the premium app & call McAfee to help resolve the issue. I don't know if my plan covers the premium.
I have always bought a warranty for my family's phones and we have used it maybe 3 times. All three times it was an easy process and either a new or refurbished phone they replace it with. The out of pocket($120-$220) is way cheaper than a new phone of the same type you had or upgraded.
The first experience was with my sons phone which was a total nightmare and now with my husband's they delivered the wrong replacement phone and after going back and forth for two days of them saying that they would deliver. Still no phone... they are a complete JOKE! To many employees not knowing what they are doing. No ACCOUNTABILITY! Good luck if you got suckered into the Free plan of insuring all home devices. Your in for a rip off!
My experience was amazing, great customer service. Great knowledge of the product. And great reassurance when I was concerned about my phone being cracked. They reassured me that everything would be well taken care of and treated me like I was family. I will definitely be recommending again. Thank you and a big shout out to Tim.

I had filled out 1 claim and it didn't go through, so I wanted to do chat with agent, Marry was very supportive and helpful and didn't give me any hassle about my purchases(2) which she helped me with both. Got my gift card refund into my account asap. This was my first time doing a warrany product refund and it went as smoothly as possible. I spend way too much money on Amazon, so I'm glad they helped me out when I needed it. Luckily I got extended warranty for those products. Very happy with Asurion and Amazon.
Had two stereo systems go down because I lost the processors. The claim process was very easy and within a week had an answer on both. One was repaired, the other a loss. My only complaint was the unprepared was not returned, and it took awhile for the check to be cut.
Purchased a renewed PS2 Slim for retro gaming from Amazon. Decided to purchase the Asurion Unlimited Protection Plan along with it. About 6 months later, a cup of juice was spilled onto the console, which leaked into the system. The purchase of the protection plan was a great decision as it covered the item 100%. Tech support was easy to chat with and the item only took around 10 days to repair and returned to me. 10/10 would recommend.
My claim went quick and easy. The whole claims process was through their website and chat. All I have to do now is print the shipping label that they emailed me and send in my broken phone... and then I'll have a gift card for the $ I paid for the phone through my email!
This was the fastest & easiest claim I've ever filed. I added my info, paid the deductible and my new phone is on it's way. I have 15 days to return my damaged phone in the prepaid envelope after I receive the replacement so I'm not out a phone for those days.
This company has been dragging me along for weeks and they're so inconvenient and their service technician just doesn't show up for their appointment. Then I called back to reschedule the appointment that they didn't show up for and they don't have any technicians in my area all of a sudden? Nor do they have any technicians in any of my surrounding cities. They didn't offer to do anything for me and left me so upset I think having this insurance is a rip off and I highly suggest not getting it in with your cellular plan. Horrible..

I have been paying for phone protection for years. Dropped my phone in the toilet, paid a $199 deductible, and received a garbage refurbished phone that's not even properly glued. IPhone X, they send me had a screen that was delaminating from the body! 36 months x $10 + deductible = new phone
Save your money stop paying monthly phone protection and when you drop your phone just buy a new one! Alternativly buy Apple care as their replacements are solid!
Out of stock so they send a check for you to cover replacement of warranty item. Asurion sent check before I okayed it called them they told me I had ten days to decide if wonted check. Decided to go with check deposited it in bank and Asurion stopped payment on check. Trying to figure this out with them is a nightmare would never do business with them again. One of the person's I talked to was the rudest person blaming me for everything and hung up. Replacement phones are mostly refurbished do the math not worth your money to have them.
They lie to not fix phones. And, this is a common issue from what I am now finding out. I have an account with Verizon. Through Verizon, I have a insurance for device through Asurion. They charge me $17.00 a month guaranteeing they with fix or replace your device if broken or stolen. Long story short, I cracked the screen on my phone. Sent n device. Was told they could not fix the screen because the tech guys claimed the water damage indicator showed there was water I the device to some degree so they could not fix the phone?! Not true. There was absolutely no other problem with my device besides the cracked screen. I take extremely good care of my phones. The cracked screen was the first time I've ever needed a phone repaired. So, my advice, forget the insurance. Time and money wasted.
Our repair was handled by a knowledgeable, professional and courteous gentlemen. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed our refrigerator. We couldn't have been more pleased.
We just wish Asurion provided appliance warranty contracts, we would sign up immediately!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
