I've never had insurance because i didn't think i needed it, but i'm SO glad i did this time. Will definitely recommend Asurion to all my family and friends.
I have had an appalling experience with Asurion's warranty service. As a first-time claimant, I submitted all required paperwork and followed their instructions precisely. Despite this, my claim was unjustly rejected without any clear explanation.
The final letter I received simply stated my claim was denied, which felt like a blatant dismissal of my legitimate request. I expected a fair evaluation and transparent communication, but instead, I encountered evasive responses and what seemed like intentional obfuscation.
When I sought further resolution, I was assured that everything could be resolved by contacting the claims review department. However, once I attempted to reach them, I was blocked from doing so and instructed to resubmit my claim even though I had no means of doing so, and this could only be done on the company's side. This unnecessary delay could have been avoided if they had informed me of this and resubmitted my claim on the initial call.
This constant deflection and evasion is completely unacceptable. It is clear that Asurion's handling of claims is not only inefficient but also deliberately obstructive. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and a resolution process that reflects integrity.

I had a nightmare of a phone problem that I sat in the apple store working on for 2 hours. They couldn't help me without a potential service fee of $400 and couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't need a new $800+ phone even after that. I filed a claim and went to the At and T store off of Lindbergh to meet with an Asurion agent. I had the most exceptional service from Chantay and TJ. I didn't have to ask for anyone else. They were patient, thorough, and I literally took a selfie so that I could share with my social media followers and friends that they were awesome. I'm not good with technology. This phone problem was a doozy. They jumped all the hurdles, and I was able to walk out with my phone not having lost any pictures, information, contacts, or anything else...for free. I've never been so thankful. Their customer service was refreshing.

While my 82-year-old dad was in rehab. The staff accidentally washed his phone with the bedsheets. I called Asurion and within two days they had him back up and running with the upgraded phone! Best customer service and experience ever!

IPhone purchased 15 months ago needed replacement. Claim was submitted and a call to confirm it had successfully submitted was very helpful and the person I spoke with very nice and provided all info. Received the replacement phone the next day and the call to Asurion to activate the phone resulted in an easy process with excellent step by step help from the rep. He was very friendly and made sure the phone was working and all my questions were answered.

I broke the screen on my Samsung S22 today and thankfully I had Asurion Insurance. ATT set up the apt and I brought the phone to a local repair shop. The screen was replaced within 2 hours and it looks brand new! Would have been an expensive fix if it wasn't insured!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
