We had 5 different service providers to repair similar problems. For example, the agitator stopped working on 2 separate occasions. Then it was the spin cycle. Then the spin cycle and the agitator. Last but not least spin cycle, agitator, and it was not draining the water from the machine. The last service person was a Maytag rep and finally got the job done.

I rarely purchase extended warranties, but this Instant Ink printer was a new product that might pose a learning curve. Having access to technicians could be very helpful. I've had my printer only a few days and already have accessed Asurian/Staples several times. One of their techs helped me set up the printer and several other techs have helped answer other questions.
I just set up a new Verizon Samsung phone for my husband with help from Michelle in the chat. The old phone was really old and it was difficult to find a way to back it up and transfer the data. Michelle gave good advice and support through the whole process. I'm so relieved to have that done!

When my printer died after 1.5 years, I figured it would be a hassle to file a claim. To my surprise, I went to the Asurion website and within five minutes I filed the claim, received a pre-paid shipping label and was told I would be reimbursed for the entire cost of my printer. When I went to Staples to get a new printer, they told me I could bring my old one with the shipping label and they would pack it and send it back for me (plus they gave me a $10 coupon.) I highly recommend and got the protection plan again for my new printer.
