I'm very disappointed in your service. I placed an order for my mom for the church anniversary and you cancelled it without any notification. On top of that when i called to re order you charged me for the express fee. You all are unfair and did nothing to rectify the issue. I expected more for almost a $1000 order. I was transferred to a manager named Ann who hung up on me repeatedly.
They approve for one amount, let you order base on the approve amount, looks on my credit report states another amount, speak to customer service stated I gave 0 limit, statement say I have a different amout available, pay attention too the scam, and the clothes are horrible, cheap for the amount of money you paid and all those fees they charge, rip off company, stay away
Never requested a catalog, as I'm a male, and a white male. Still my woman throws said catalog at me asking "what's her name, the black woman I'm buying clothes for?" I said what are you on about? And she hands me a catalog from Ashro, with my name right on it, " Terrell Gibson", now I guess it's unusual name for a white guy, but thanks for ending my peace at home.
I was trying to place an order on Saturday the system said the order did not go through. The items were still in the bag, I was concerned so I waited and didn't place the order again. Thank God I didn't because the order went through on Monday. What if j placed the order again, I called and her answer was not satisfactory to me. Nothing like well ma'am we would have credited you, nothing. I think this is my first and last order. I would have at least felt better with some reassurance.

S $17.99 +$1.99 fee and it would take about 10 days to get. If I wanted soon it would cost me $45 + $1.99 service fee. The shipping is more than the dress. I don't buy things from them because of the shipping price.
Does not matter if items are returned, bill is paid, and if customer ill disabled. Refuse to acknowledge messages, letters or calls. Double and triple charge customers. Use threat tactics.
Contact BBB and State attorney general's office. Do not let this shamful company bully you.
They are a predatory company. They send you crappy products. Then they charge a return fee, inventory fee and you pay to return the item. Then the attack your credit score by claiming that you didn't return their terribly made products. They will lie and claim that you have an open revolving account with them even though you have already jumped through all of their hoops to just be rid of them.
I bought a couple outfits and what I saw in the magazine were totally expensive, but what I received was cheap and not the quality in the magazine, i got two outfits that were not the same material or style, looks like there clothes are made in a sweat chop shop over seas.
This is the 2nd time ordering from Ashro and as the case is, i had to return the product. Same case, cheap looking material with a bad fit. Clothes are not worth the price requested. Dresses look

These people charged you for everything! S&R is extremely expensive, I order a dress some jewelry, that looked cheap, I returned it! I paid for S&R to return it and on top of that, they charge me again for S&R from the money they were supposed to return to me, their stuff

This is November 30,2020, I have never been so disappointed in a business as I have with Ashro. I filed a BBB complaint in Wisconsin today. I won't tell you not to purchase with them, however, its like throwing DICE. You may get product and you may not. I did not! No rating. Oh I have to give a rating then -1.
This was my WORST online experience ever. I never received my complete purchase nor my complete refund. My attempt to rectify the situation was a total waste of time. I will never do business with ASHRO again.
I've finally given up. I just bought my last pair of shoes from Ashro! I have only had one pair of many styless, (and they were dress boots) ordered from Ashro that actually fit my size. I don't have this problem when ordering the same size and width from others. I even changed from M to Wide in hopes I could fit their beautiful styles. The strategy didn't work. Their shoes just dion't fit. They carry the most beautiful stlyles that I would love buy, but only "IF THE SHOE FTSl! Their shoes are just plain too tight.
I received the Ashro catalogue today and saw an item (Keke 3-piece wardrober) that I wanted to order. The price in the catalogue was $139.99. I went on line the same day that I got the catalogue but online, the price for the item was $159.99 and shipping charges were over $30. Nobody charges that much for shipping but its really an insult when the price in the catalogue and the price online don't match. The company is very disappointing.
I returned an item to this company and then received a bill in the mail for $38.00. Confused, I contacted the company, they broke down what the charges were for and ask for payment immediately. I refused and contacted them again in writing so that I could have written documentation as I was about to escalate the matter to BBB. When I started digging deeper for information on why I am being charged, they responded a few days later removing all the charges. Interesting.
I, myself, have had a good experience with Ashro. Many compliments on my outfits. I love their hats! They are a bit pricey, but the outfits I bought were well made and very classy.
I sent two items back to Ashro three weeks ago.
I wanted a refund.
They said they never received the two items and I owe them.

VERY NICE DESIGNS BUT VERY EXPENSIVE. You pay for what you get and thensome. For years I have been a loyal customer of this company yet they don't have anything much for VIP or Loyal customers but sales that are for everyone and you have to be really quick because most times, I don't find my size in the ones on sale which are the last of those items & possibly never to return again.
I received a wrong item not once but twice. I placed a $500+ order in the meantime untile I could get to customer service about the other order which I received but was the wrong item. You would think they would give me something for my troubles besides an apology but I have to say, I was so disappointed beyond my wildest dreams of the lack of concern losing me as a loyal over ten year buying customer!
I asked to be removed from the mailing list finally after calling three times and emailing once. I told the supervisor that I was not pleased with her response/reply to the matter & therefore will no longer remain a customer. She stated, okay, as if I was doing her a favor. I never received a response to my personal email sent about the matter either. The nerve but really, it's their loss!
Ordered my bodyshaper made sure I got a bigger size. Product didn't even get over my head. Highly highly disapointed!
