The Reindeer Headband is a horrible mix of poorly glued faded plastic and gaudy gold. Really ugly and cheap. You would do far better at a $2 store. Just awful-straight in the bin

Wouldn't let me choose the variety I wanted and won't let me change it once ordered. Terrible customer service and basically a scam cause they now have 20 bucks for something I will throw away

I ordered from Ashlen early November informed me it was shipped and tracking no. Then no tracking since 20/11. Have messaged them numerous times keep telling me they will send it to their search dept. Still nothing no order asked for refund nothing. Terrible co. These were christmas presents. Still haven't received order or refund.

My order was incomplete which i emailed Ashlen about,had to send a photo then they tell me it is complete.I wouldn't give this jewellery to anyone it's such terrible quality & extremely poor customer service.Don't be fooled by the look & don't buy the Mystery gift it's like children's play jewellery.

Bought a bag and a hair pin for around 30$ because of sales, even tho I followed the account on Instagram... The bag literally broke after one day💀
Otherwise, they sold them from china (I have the proofs, and I was kinda surprised to see that lmao)
Really deceived, that was the first time I bought from a independent shop (well, that was a bit my fault tbh, I should've just looked the reviews about it)

Even tho the bag is cute and the hair pin too, I really don't recommend it. I even saw it on SheIn lmao

I originally wasn't going to post a review but I'm really unsatisfied through and through. Would give a zero star if I could. At first I saw an ad for this company that they are having a closing sale so I placed and order as I wanted to support them. After I submitted the order I found out they they actually are NOT closing and I found others posting they also got scammed with this ad years ago. I asked for cancelation of the order right away (same day as order placement) and they replied that it's not possible as it's their policy. The order was shipped from China and when it arrived I was very disappointed with the quality of the products. They were all cheap and something you can get from shein or temu. I saw other reviews of having difficulty with the returns so I didn't bother with returning the items. I worn one of the rings for just a few weeks and it's already tarnishing and coloring my finger. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You might as well order from shein or temu for these quality items and they also have better return policies.

Bought 2 for small Christmas gifts, they looked cheap but I thought ok. When I took out of cheap packaging both were in many pieces and oh so cheap. Will not give refund after 30 days!

Wrong goods sent. No way to return- rip off company! Poor quality item too

I wanted a a teacher tote that was cute, soft and roomy and this puppy tote is perfect! I get lots of compliments at school.

Ordered a necklace, but it has been over two months now -- never received the necklace (judging by reviews, not a big loss). The next day, after ordering from them, I started receiving phishing emails (never had them before). I was naive to think that such scammers are not advertised on Facebook/Instagram. I would have been ok with not a great product since the price was not high, but selling customer data? No thanks. Reported this ad multiple times on Facebook/Instagram; such a disappointment that they keep on posting it, leading the users straight into scammers' hands.

I got the fluffy pup tote and I'm so happy with it. It took long, but customer service was very helpful! I definitely recommend buying their bags

Everything I ordered came as I thought it would, however I did order the 5 piece mystery items and I was unable to figure out one of the items. I contacted Ashlen and they told me what they thought the item was and offered a refund for it. They replied very quickly as well. All in all, a wonderful experience with them.

Earrings are fabulous delivered today. I contacted customer services who reassured me they were on their way. Excellent customer service and fabulous earrings. What more could you want.
