I ordered two items, both were not as in the pictures. The "Raindrop Earrings" looked completely different than in the advertisement (pictures for comparison in the attachment). The "Tessel Earrings" had the stick at the wrong place so that they did not fit at all. The customer service saw no problem and did not refund the items.
Don't order from this company. They take your money and you get nothing. They keep sending emails saying order was shipped. Yet no order has been received and they won't refund my money. They want a 20% restocking fee for something I don't have
No rating they use that absolutely horrible Yun yun company for shipping. Says it is there and it isn't! EVER!
The earrings are well made and in a lovely black pouch. I got a pair for myself and have ordered another pair for a girlfriend for Xmas. Very happy
We have placed an order in the beginning of March. Still not even received it. According to Ashlen it is in Luxenbourg since the beginning of April. We live in the Netherlands. We got 2 phone numbers that do not exist and no help of Ashlen. So never order with Ashlen.
This website is using stolen products and photos from many Etsy shops, including my own. Their customer reviews are also NOT their own, and stolen from us Etsy sellers. Do not trust them, they are a scam selling knock-off products from China.
This company stole my products and listed on their website. They claim to be small and from the US but all their products ship directly from china. Scammers... do not give them your money
Ashllen advertised heavily on Facebook. I ordered two necklaces last month and neither has arrived. Thankfully I challenged the charges on my Visa card after reading other terrible reviews of the company.
Updated January 5,2022 I ordered in November. Arrived yesterday. As described above, cheap looking machine stamped from China. Very disappointed.
I ordered the mountain necklaces through the Ashlen website. They arrived and were complete garbage. I returned the necklaces exactly as instructed - to exact shipping address with delivery confirmation, which confirmed the package was returned and delivered/received by a person in August 2021. I emailed in September to check on the status of my return and they said it was likely getting sterilized before the return was processed. It is now October and they said they never received it and have not issued my return. The company is a complete scam and never buy anything from them.
The company claims to be a small home business based in Colorado. The product shipped from China. The necklace is a cheap machine stamped medallion, not like the photo. The terms for refund require that the package with the product not be opened. 1st time I ever got scammed. Buyer beware
I'm so disappointed in myself for ordering from a stupid company like this. Received two fake cheap looking necklaces from here and I returned them immediately. Emailed the company they gave me the information to send it back. Did everything correctly however now they are no longer responding to my emails and when I track the package I sent back to them it says it was delivered a week ago but have not seen a refund yet! So I'm losing hope after emailing them a handful of times. I just flushed $50 down the drain :( if I knew I wouldn't be refunded I would have just kept the cheap fake jewelry and just given them to my kids.
They are stealing pictures form an artist on Etsy, making you think you'll receive a wonderful piece of jewelry and you end up receiving a terrible necklace made in China, cheap cheap cheap beyond belief. Stay away!
Didn't deliver my purchased product, nor were they willing to give a refund or even assist in the delivery issue which was a fault on their end to being with. Experiences such as these make online shopping so distasteful and unsafe. Lost my money and time on this, there are better options out there, don't consider this site.
The crystals are definitely not real. It's very clear that it's plastic. The shipping took over 3 weeks too. The dainty chain on the necklace is pretty so I recommend if you just want it to look fashionable and not for the affects of the crystal. But it's definitely overpriced, and you can get fake crystals like these for cheaper elsewhere.
Product looks nothing like the photos. They have stolen photos from another esty store.
Can only get refunds if you pay for postage yourself back to me.
Saw an ad on Facebook, 60% percent off « healing crystal pendulums »... « handmade »... « USA based company ». With well written descriptions of each crystals on the website. I bought the opal one with high hopes. How wrong I was. When I tracked my order I saw that it was actually made in China. I received the pendulum almost a month later, with a fake plastic crystal and a cheap chain that's been painted in golden paint. Fortunately my sister liked it and I gave it to her. But here's the thing, if you're stupid and naive like me: I'm pretty sure Ashlen has never been closing off its collection. They're only using that excuse amidst the pandemic to make you believe that they were once a successful little local company... No. It's just the chinese machine. Handmade? Yeah, probably by low-paid women in some giant factory. Conclusion: don't buy from them.
