I ordered a watch and the face was too big for me. I called customer service and they were awesome. I ordered another watch and received it 2 days later. I love the new watch and Ashford followed up to make sure I was happy with the new watch. I highly recommend Ashford for their service and their discounts on watches. I have two now!

Beware of Ashford. They do not stand behind their warranty. I purchased a new Rado in January 2018 and it stopped working in July 2018. They claimed it had excessive water damage. The watch was used daily and was never exposed to excessive water. Just normal wear and tear. I never heard of a warranty doesn't cover normal use. They refuse to repair it under the two year warranty they offer at the time of purchase. It is clear they sell inferior products and do not stand behind their warranty
I ordered a rado sintra, paid for second day air. Payment was taken from my account. Patiently waited five days, checking the order for tracking info updates. After 5 days, the order info says it was cancelled. I called customer service immediately and they asked if i had received an email about why t was cancelled. I didnt. They have no answer and said they would email me.

Battery died about a year after purchasing the watch. I emailed inquiring about my options and whether a replacement batter was covered under the warranty. I received a reply immediately as well as several follow up emails. Ash ford was willing to reimburse me for the battery expense.

Unfortunately, I bought a watch which was wrongly described by their customer service (information on the size of the watch band was completely wrong). I have read some comment saying "Movado is purely make in Swiss". The fact is there is a Movado factory in China, Guangdong provice, Dongguan city. (welcome to research) It mainly fabricate some small component and assemble. Movado has two type of product of same design. One is totally made in Swiss and much more expensive, another type is swiss made quartz combined with China made components like leather strap. This is a procedure to lessen the cost and increase the number of customer. Whether or not the latter type of watch is worth buying is another story (some people might willing to spend more $200 just to buy a swiss made leather strap), but the second type is totally genuine.
Btw, I used to have doubts after I buy it, and I tried very hard to find any defects on the product, from my observation and using experience I cannot find any.
