A pair of sunglasses I bought from them broke after 2 days with zero abuse. I just opened them up and the hinge snapped. I emailed customer service and received no response other than the automated message saying I would hear back within 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks.
This watch, Glycine Combat Sub, is so much better in person. I immediately fell in love with it. I have been wearing it nonstop since it arrived. It is really high quality. Swiss, auto, 200meter, sub $300! Great watch. Very happy with it and with Ashford.

My only issue is how it arrived. The case the item came in was securely set inside the box it was transported in. However, when I opened the box I was surprised to see that the watch was not wrapped around the pillow that came with the original box. Instead it was wrapped around another pillow outside the enclosure. I can only imagine what the watch went through while being transported. Thankfully the watch appears to be working just fine, but I was not pleased with the way it was packaged.
Was a little worried that I wouldn't receive my order because the website is a little clunky and the product was heavily discounted but I'm happy with my purchase.
