I ordered 4 pairs of optical and paid for them. Received a message telling me I would only get one pair. One week later ordered 4 pairs and paid only to be messaged that only 2 pairs would be shipped. I've ordered literally at least 200 watches and optics and jewellery from Ashford and never had this problem before. As a business owner and operator I understand the challengers but.
