Hi guys, my story started on the 14 th of august with a serious car accident, was supposed to fly on the 15 th of august. Bought my ticket with ASAPticket, bought an insurance.
Never got my money, never got answer... except with my first post on this site... someone from their customer service contacted me to say that everything will be fixed... we are the 4 th of November still didn't get my refund... I am sure that some of you think that this company is great because you didn't get any problems...
Even United Airlines ( was supposed to fly with UA) sent me an email to say that they were sorry for my accident and that on their side there was no question for the refund...
Asap side... nothing... I am not rich, I need my money but this company clearly does not care...
It's been more than 20 years since the last time I was in the Philippines. So purchasing a ticket 2 weeks before our plan departure is very stressful. However, ASAPtickets was very helpful. Artemis was a great help!

ASAP overall is a Scam. I bought 8 Tickets and had 6 of them added so called protection. Weeks passed before my departure and here comes changes to my Ticket. When I called ASAP, they did not offer a good alternative in which they advertised on the Ticket protection. Finally i requested a refund but they refused to refund the Protection Money( which they did not provide). You don't need them, call the Airline Directly and book your ticket there, also use Credit Card, as the Bank are not good at fighting such a Scammers.

Quantavia very nice In giving the options but made us to buy ticket protection plan that 10 % increase in the cost is not expected. Should has considered our request as our tickets cost itself is very much.

This is my second time using ASAP and having Blake as my agent. He is very nice and helped me every step of the way to get me the best prices and time frames I needed. I enjoy working with Blake and would recommend him to my friends.
This is by far the worst customer service you will ever receive. They will seem to bend over backwards to get you the ticket, but that is where it ends. They make you purchase their insurance and state it is "Mandatory". This is there little scam so they can get the commission. Even after I purchased insurance and had to make a change they stated its a $250 fee, when they stated if you purchase ins coverage there is no charge. Then just try and get someone one the phone, agents will just take your info and say that someone will call or email you and guess what, they NEVER do. I've called over 2 dozen times with same story. Now its just a chargeback dispute with credit card. SCAM SCAM SCAM! STAY AWAY

I booked 8 tickets with ASAP and Patel was my Agent he went above and beyond to get me a good deal and book the tickets as they were complicated there were some that were leaving on a separate date and we all wanted to come back together, it took him to days of searching and constant corresponding to come up with a good deal that everyone accepted. Trip to Philippines very pleased with fast and very helpful service in selecting the shortest and cheapest flight also to another airport arrival never used before cutting our in country travel time less than half from Manila to Baguio City by landing in Cark airbase. A friend had a family emergency and needed to travel from Saudi Arabia to the Philippines but did not have the funds for the flight.
