From the moment that I inquired about tickets, I was contacted by Madalyn who took my details. She found the flights that I was looking for (but could not find online) at a cost that was acceptable.
This was my 1st experience with ASAP and will be the 1st place that I go to in the future.

The first phone call was 1 hour 45 min and not check in frequently to know if I'm still on the line and eventually was cut off without receiving a call back. After 2 additional calls which were hung up on finally the 4th person I spoke to was Gilzean. Gilzean was super helpful and detailed and finally assisted me in rebooking my flight to South Africa. Having struggle for 5 hours I will not recommend ASAP to anybody to do business with. I was assured buying travel insurance to receive a full refund should any unforeseen circumstances beyond my control happened just to be advised my ticket is none refundable. It cost me an additional $370.00 to rebook a flight.
Excellent experience I had with Asap Tickets. This was the second time I booked with them, (December 2019 to Spain and June 2921 to Italy). Professional and Polite Tour Guide. His name is Blunt. Hi has a lot of Patience returning my several calls with questions and changes in our itinerary. He know to listen a customer and please a customer. Excellent Customer Service from Blunt and from Asap Tickets.
If you want to book travel plans through a 3rd party site, do not book through ASAP tickets. They are thieves and lie. Once you book a flight with them they will continue to change the flight and charge your card more for the change fees. They will lie and say that the airlines changed the flight but that is not true. Also their travel protection plans are total bs, don't trust them. They have agents in Philippines that are total scammers. If you ever call them and get a person named Phoenix or Magnus or Zidan hang up immediately.
I am still disputing a refund of almost $6,800! It has been 2 months. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BOOK WITH ASAP Tickets. They also go by the name of International Travel Network, LLC.
If I could give 0 stars, they would get that. Just got a call from this company. Apparently way in the past, I had reached out to them to get a quote on a flight. Since I booked my last flights weeks ago, their punctuality in regards to following up on a request already is bad.
However, what really pushed me out of the door was, when I received the first call from one of their travel agents, I told them that I am not interested in talking to them and hung up. Not even a minute later, I received the second call from the same agent. During that call, I asked her to remove my contact information from their database. After I hung up, I received an email from the same travel agent, again trying to sell me something I was no longer interested in. BUT, the email was not the last attempt to contact me. Shortly after the email, I received an *******@ASAPTICKETS: Listen to people and what they tell you. How many responses do you need before you understand someone does not need your service!

Given how serious the climate is regarding the recent health concerns with coronavirus my flight had been canceled. I called Omar whom I worked with in the past and he quickly and efficiently addressed the issue and resolved my flight need in a expeditious manner. Not too mention it was at a cheaper price then my original ticket. He did a great job
Very disappointed. The agent didn't tell the exact flight route. They sent the flight route that is shorter time but after I purchase the ticket I notice the actual flight is very long with 2 stop over. Hr is not a good agent. After only the money. Please give him more trainings especially in communicating english language.
Can I cancel this ticket and get another one without charges. I need a shorter route and time because my wife is sick and she cant stay long in the airplane plus 2 stop over. Please help me for this.

First time worst service ever, I will never go back or recommend anyone, I purchase my ticket for me and my wife the lady was so anxious just to book the ticket but when I had a problem and issue in Turkey's support she left me hanging after talking to her she never called back nor she does anything to me I have to deal with the airline, the airline charge me $50 or your Asian wanna charge me $250 per ticket plus the airline what a rip off. I don't deal with scammers or unprofessional

I just purchased a return ticket to Asia for November and had an amazing customer representative. His name is Rogelio. I was looking for a reasonably priced airfare, Short layover and 1 stop plus one connecting flight to my final Asian destination. Rogelo sent me options and he also called to talk about other options. I am used to booking online for my travels but this was the first time I spoke to a real person at online agency or from booking straight from the airline webpage. He was so good, honest and so soft spoken too. Highly recommend ASAP and hope you get Rogelio as your agent too. 5 star for

I got an inexpensive flight and they were able to accomodate my daughter and I returning on different days. Non- stop return flight and leaving from my preferred airport. No other sites were able to do this. Would defenitely use them again.

I was searching for fairly last minute tickets to Zurich and I got the best price by far by talking with an agent; all the prices online on ASAP and other sites were more expensive. The call did take time, but I appreciated the level of detail Oliver covered in our call, making sure that every piece of information matched to ensure everything was correct. I also got a hotel voucher for three nights included in my ticket, which was an unexpected bonus. I'll see how the actual checking in/flight experience goes, but I am optimistic and so far very happy with ASAPtickets. Side note: I usually never write reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience that I wanted to.
Nearly 2 hours working with Edcel for a ticket-his computer wouldn't work Transfered to Conchita and completed the transaction. Was given a confirmation number and itinerary and told that tickets would follow. No tickets called 10+ times no answer. Finally Demi explained that my ticket had been canceled. Consequently I paid almost $400 more for a less desirable flight. Absolutely heartbreaking for me.
I will say that all 3 employees were very nice to work with but for some reason I will never know I got totally screwed by asap and I will never use this service again I will also spread the word!

But I find the tickets rates charged high, even though I booked the ticket almost 3. Month 15 days before.
I was expecting the ticket fares under $1000.

I never buy any ticket from this company. They don't want the refund money back my account. They said last end of August it was taken 30 between 45 days processing to refund. And called agent a lot time and she gave me answer today and she said refund the money to my account going to take 4 or 5 more months and each person they will charge $250 fee. Can you believe. What kind of company. Wasn't it my mistake cancel all of the fly last June. Why you guys giving hard time, just give my money back, your process can not take 7or 8 months for paying customers money it is not legal. I couldn't reach any supervisor. I bought ticket from this company and no more. They are not working professional.

Our initial issue came about because of the pandemic. Nobody had prepared for this. Traveling to another country was impossible. ASAP Travel, working very hard, was able to get a refund from the airline. It took over a year, I appreciate the assistance of ASAP Travel and because of their unique and thorough knowledge of travel to and from the US to Asia, their service will be used again. I had used them in the past, before the Wuhan virus, and they were great... They stood by their product and I will use them in the future. Thank you ASAP Travel for your help!
