Using ASAP service has had a few ups and downs but the customer service has always been excellent, especialy this time with Sales rep. Pocahontas, I highly recomend her. Past reps were also great to work with.

Just used ASAPtickets to purchase 2 tickets to London. Saw them in Facebook and was reluctant at first. Googled them and found them reputable. Got a great price and was able to book seats unlike buying it directly from the web. Highly recommend them. Efficient and reputable. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I didn't expect how fast I would have gotten my ticket. When I was looking for a ticket on my own I found nothing. Wilis was very helpful and professional. He was also very patient with the back and forth calls (half-day). He also tried his best to get the best price and arrangements for my mother-in-law's needs - aisle seat and wheel chair accommodation. I had tried to find a reasonable and affordable flights online. I started off visiting "Fareboom" because I did business with them in the paste. It was not until I visited ASAP that I realized being cheated in the paste. I was able to negotiate a price range within my budget. Stay away from ASAP Ticket service for a couple reasons:
1. The person I dealt with can't be found anymore (Kenshi)
2. They refuse to discuss my refund which was sent in full to them by Delta Airlines.
Terrible customer service now provided by ALBA representing ASAP tickets. She will not even give me a time frame for my refund which was sent to them over a month ago. Very bad customer service with no compassion for the customer during this difficult time.

I was helped by Ebuka and he made sure that I got the best deal. He also called way after his working hours just to make sure that I had received my tickets. I highly recommend him if you want the best service.
Lies, lies and more lies
After protracted obfuscation by Asaptickets they partially honored my voucher but now they are refusing to honor the balance of the voucher and are not returning my phone calls.
I guess they are playing a waiting game with the intention of then declaring that the voucher is no longer valid
I am not going to let them get away with that.
I want Asaptickets to honor the voucher completely.
Now instead of charging the voucher they charged my credit card.
It's getting worse.
They lied to me again.
