The staff of ASAP who attended to me was excellent. He represents a wonderful face of the company. He is so competent that he knows how to make the customer buy-into the services of ASAP. He was of tremendous help to me.
I was really expecting a lower price. Because it is in Kennedy airport it should really be what you have advertised that the price of $497. I should have understood that is only a price that looks good on an ad.

I am very unhappy with asap tickets customer service is terrible. I paid extra for exchangeable ticket because I was not sure of the return date. I got run around for 1 week with various stories and they kept putting me off. Finally I got a call from customer service person jetline who Finally said she could exchange the return flight but the additional cost of $690. She sent me a link for me to pay and I paid the $690. Then I got email with confirmation number of WLRKBW and it said e ticket will follow. After not getting an e ticket I sent email asking where is the e ticket and then I got email saying that the ticket has gone up $330 or I could go a different date for $690.
I think asap is a scam company only trying to get more and more money. This is the last time I will use asap tickets and for sure I will let others know about this situation.

I recently purchased several airline tickets through ASAP. My agent was Klay whom I dealt with from start to finish. Throughout the entire process Klay was professional, efficient and extremely patient. He was able to answer all of my questions (and I had many) and his response time was terrific. Like everyone else I wanted the best possible route and the best possible deal and Klay was able to match if not beat all the competitors until we accomplished our goal. I received a message to change my time travel which I was trying to avoid. And I do not want to agree to the earlier flight as I may not make it to the international flight. 48 min in between in a huge airport is just not enough time to get to the gate especially if the first plane is late.

Finding ASAP was a great deal in finding my airline tickets. My agent was "Golden". He was easy to deal with and remained on the line for the whole transaction. I was very pleased using ASAP and will definitely use them again.

Don't waste your time or money because they will waste your time and take your money. They don't honor refunds or credit. Go to another company even if you pay more. I am elderly need my money they wanted it they took it. Dishonest and unreliable company

We book from this company prior to the Coronavirus last year. Fast forward 2020 our trip to Europe scheduled for April 6,2020 was cancelled by the travel agency. I round trip air flight to Paris from NYU was booked through ASAP ticket. We have have called and emailed this company with no response. There isn't even any information on their website regarding the Coronavirus as every online company has done. It is my thought this company has jump ship and has no intention of giving anyone there money back. Unfortunately British Airlines will not cancel the reservation it has to be done through ASAP. Is there anyone out there with a similar experience. Looks like we are going to have to take legal actions against this company. What a SCAM!
