The agent was very professional and helpful. He did far and beyond to make flight plans very accommodating. He tried many ways and check every possible way for me to save for this transaction. He was very patient and understanding.
I purchased 3 tickets to spain with travel insurance on April 24. On may 14 they sent me an email that my flight from San Diego to Toronto was canceled. Asap tickets tell me that the available flights had 23 hour layover and 18 hour layover. So when I call Regina she tells me she can't help my and sends me to a different department. After speaking with several departments someone cancels my flight and issues a partial refund because I did not want to take the flight with long layovers. I go on the Air Canada website and my flight is still available. Asap tickets tells me it's canceled and I'm out $235 dollars and nobody seems to care. Please save your money and go with different company because the language barrier will prevail and you will lose your money

Mendez introduced himself and assured me I was a really person whom he acknowledged as important as if I were family. He displayed confidence with my flight needs and had a great smile!
He was scheduled off at a time I needed support but had already set up for a colleague, Turner, to step up to the task. Turner assisted me as if I was his client and was a superior with knowledge, care and patience as Mendez is.
I have made them and ASAP my personal travel agents and I would recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues.
I have become an ASAP client for as many years as i am traveling.

My air ticket purchase process was stress less. My travel agent, Stockholm was very professional and courteous. This is my first time getting my ticket from ASAP Tickets and will definitely get my ticket from them in my future travels.

This experience was way easier than I thought. I was dreading calling but thankful I did. I was very surprised that I got everything I needed and at a fair price. The agent was super courteous and helpful.
I booked a ticket with ASAP but the agent failed to state that they had a 1 bag requirement. I ended up paying $250 for the second bag on the outbound flight and $350 for the inbound flight for the second bag. It is easier to book directly with the airlines. Book at your own risk.

I had a rough beginning with Forbes my represenative that was helping me. But after he explained everything to me I understood and was very pleased with the service. I will be using asap tickets again and I got all I wanted in planning my trip thanks to Forbes. He did an excellent job!

The agent was very helpful. He spent time to get the best deals in terms of departure/arrival dates, layover duration and price. Since I needed three thickets, I had to compromise a bit on dates based on availability. Overall I had a positive experience.
