I made a quick call to find options for my flights and he quickly gave me lots of options and emailed me the quote that I was able to book directly with that email. He also communicated with me via email and WhatsApp.
This company will bombard your E mail and attempt to call you over and over again! Each time is a different agent, each claiming to be your personal….you cannot unsubscribe and you cannot block them… I would never use them!

Don't book- they hard sell with a lot of kissing to make you think they are going to be your agent. Once they've got your money they disappear... cant reach them after hours and hours of on hold transfers.
And the so-called ITN "Travel Care Service" thats extra $$ in case you have to make changes- Junk!
They got all my money- Covid round 2 hit and had to wait until able to change and now "So sorry" we cant use your $2,000.00USD from prior insured flight towards any changes so ASAP = lies, lies, lies

If you need to cancel even within 24 hours, they can take up to 90 days to refund your money. They will not follow up with you. You will need to have your bank hold the charge in order for an agent to respond.

The service was beneficial and my needs were met. I was helped with all that i needed and i have no reason to complain due to his proclivity to help in all cases. The experience was terse and to the point and was helpful beyond expectation
I was looking for a great deal on my flight (Internationally) but found out when i called about the low advertising price it was not available. I still got a great deal but not at any price that was advertised. It was over 300% higher.
I contacted ASAP as I had used them four times before prior to the pandemic. When I learned that my previous agent was given a promotion and could not wear deal with me Athena jumped in and looked after all my needs and requests

I bought round trip tickets and 2 nights to a hotel in Europe. Made it to Europe, but my luggage was lost by airline and I never made it to the city which was my destination and where the hotel was. The ASAP representative could not be reached by phone or by email. Luggage contains most of my cash and my prescription medicine. I spent 2 days trying to get to my destination and getting my prescription refilled. ASAP was useless.
