They just take my money, after I paid they don't want help. Before he use to call many times (Drew). After He gets the money he is not able to help it. I keep calling and sent him an Email, he just ignore it because he gets the money(that's the one he wants). My flight was canceled and Air Canada not able to help because I did with ASAP. I keep calling them they don't want help it. Please anybody wants to have a flight don't do it with ASAP(the worst company I have ever seen in my life). They don't care about the customer, they just care how to get the money. Negative customer service.
It's been the first time I booked from asaptickets. Comparing to other similar services prices for flights are really good and the booking process is simple. The only thing I didn't like much are the hotel offers - the ones free of charge are mostly booked or with shared bathrooms. And the hotel booking doesn't always work properly...

Experience with agent excellent except she hooked us into an extra charge for cancellation coverage that is a farce then she gave me a travel flight price that was a basic fare that did not include any checked luggage and we are travelling for two months. Common sense will tell you that you cannot travel for two months with a carry-on luggage only. Cost me a lot more to add checked luggage to our tickets. Appears I was dupped again. Must remember to stay away from unfamiliar contacts. EAN

This company does not play it safe for refund, you will then find out that they do not follow the rules and would like to keep your money. They will manufacture reasons not to refund you. Their agents are located all over the world. They constantly ask you to leave a message because of the time difference. In case of emergency, you are on your own. I had a horrible experience with ASAP last year it was undescribable and terrible. I will not book with this company again, even if it is FREE.
