Lufthansa cancel my return ticket in March 2020 and refunded the money to Asap ticket. I have been calling Asap tickets for my refunds since January and they refused to give me back my money. I'm very disappointed in this company

She got us a great deal, she listened to our request and even separated the tickets. We have four passengers and we had three separate returns and she accommodated to us really well. Our fourth passenger is still in the works to getting his flight in check and she was very understanding to that as well.

I want to say that in my travel planning over the years, I have not had better service than I received yesterday from ASAP Tickets. They found the best pricing, they helped me get a difficult plan set up. I have to plan international travel one way tickets to 4 different countries and it was hard for me to do alone. I now have it done and it was with one call. They were professional, courteous, and responsive, I will use them often and I recommend them to everyone.
I clicked on this site by chance and was rewarded with a good deal. I paid $1300 for the same itinerary around Christmas time using my regular channels (skyscanner, expedia, etc) and this ticket is cheaper (under $1000) for an equally expensive time period (summer). So in my opinion I saved about $350 or more. The process was easy and quick and I got a good airline (united) with short layovers. Once he found me a good deal, the agent sent me the proposal over email so I was able to read it and discuss it with him before agreeing to it. I thought the whole process was clear, to the point and I am satisfied with the deal I got. I think I will definitely work with ASAP tickets again! Less hassle and good prices, from this first experience!
I supposed have a vacation in Philippines march 18 and I bought ticket here. Since pandemic came up so I cancel my flight. In my experience contacting customer service is really bad and nightmare... no one will care about my ticket to be cancel or rebook. Its really stressful. Until this day I never received my refund. I felt that I waste my money here. But I will never stop.

Dusty, my customer service representative, made an exceptional effort to find us the best travel experience possible. He searched for not only the best price, but also the best duration, best layover and best airlines suitable for our needs. I have been a longtime Expedia user, but my experience with ASAP has persuaded me to switch. Expedia's options were limited and over $7000, but I paid about $1000 with ASAP. My mother-in-law had died the week before, so it was imperative that we traveled to the home country. The other sites priced flights at an exorbitant rate, but ASAP's prices were reasonable, acceptable and fair. Given that we were faced with an tragedy, and given that ASAP didn't take advantage of our suffering, I will now be a regular ASAP customer. Dusty was the first step for a smooth travel experience. Wayne was my agent. I repeatedly asked him to make sure that I have isles seats on my international flights regardless of the cost. I was promised that I will get isles seats. Had to sit at a window seat for 14 hours. I have to use the bathroom regularly. Never again

Agent *******@asaptickets.com was very slick. He took my credit card and transferred us to another office which proceeded to take my social security number. I was alarmed and said do not process this request. 2 days later, my card was charged. He lied and said some country would give us our refund. After many calls and weeks later, he told us we would just have a credit of $350. He then said to call his supervisor and email his supervisor Mr Foggi. This we did several times with no response. This is a fraud to gain your identity. Just look at all the non-refunds and other complaints. - Larry B.

The travel agent worked hard to get our business. She beat the price we saw online. I just don't like the pressure to "book now" and the constant barage of calls without considering the time difference. This is the first time I used tASAP tickets and was turned off at the payment verification where you will be asked to put a tip. I understand it's not mandatory but seeing it the first time when booking a flight is just something to be frowned upon. It diminished their image.
