. After several exchanges of email with Poldark etc, I was informed that will be penalized if $250.00 cause I did my cancel it within the time frame. Isn't that rediculous. Asked them to listen to recorded conversation with these Customer Service.
I 've been dealing with several Airlines & this is the first I had a bad experience & to think it's Philippine company …. What a shame.

ASAP team is not good et all and and I would not recommend to anyone due to false ticketing and false statements. Whatever they have discussed initially was not the same at the time of payments and if you have any issue. They are not sharing enough information to the customer about ticket fare and baggage information. If you call them for any issue, agent who deals with you and provide you their direct number number they provide you never work and new agent will try to trap you. Be very careful with them. I am working on it and will go for lawsuit against this fake company.

Very dishonest and unethical travel agency. Ezra the travel agent, did not once told me that ASAP do allow cancellation. Sand will try to steal your money when you cancel. I cancelled my 74 year old mother's ticket due to her illness and now ASAP is refusing to fully refund the Affirm their money.
I mouthy travelling insurance with the ticket, which spells out that the tickets are protected and entitle to full refund If they are cancelled.
I will stop at nothing to spread the news about ASAP and will take them to court if I do not receive my fiull refund.

Mr Oleg was very professional and curtious. Provided so detail and so many options too choose from. Never rush me or pressured me to book instead he told me to take my time and then tell me. WOW. It was great experience.

I love flying with southwest airlines because of the free luggage and choose your seat. However I didn't like having to be at the airport for 6 hours because my flight was canceled. Also a Booker for my flight home today took a $15.00 tip which I not consented too. The airline itself I like.
Very, very, very helpful. If there were ten stars, she would have it. I have had as lot of trouble getting a refund for another ticket i purchased (which i still have not received, even after the flight passed). Asap has been my only place to buy tickets for a few years. After the refund or even a rescheduling problem, i may have to rethink asap as my go to place.
Due to a death in the family, I had to extend my stay and change my outbound flight. Lacorgi was very understanding and professional. He gave me options, explained the differences and advised the best selection. Lacorgi was pleasant thru the process and he represents your company well. Would definitely call on him for my future travels.

I thought going through a third party agency would help get lower prices or add some level of convenience to my trip. Overall though after looking at a lot of different prices directly from the airlines I ended up feeling like I was slightly overcharged. I don't feel ripped off but I do feel like there wasn't any benefit going through the third party and I should have just stuck with buying directly from the airlines or one of the larger websites like Orbitz, Priceline, or Expedia.

I was frustrated trying to change my departure time due the serious health issues of my family member. The employees by name Cornway was a piece of shot. He was not willing to help and he hung up on me. Later I was able to meet Hilfiger, a very nice guy, who finally helped me out of my predicament. Bless his heart.

The rep is amazing. The decision to buy a ticket was based on the fact that i could get a window seat. I was told it was going to be the case!
After paying is when i was told that he needed to put in a request with the airline and it all depended on their decision.
Putting that aside, the process was easy, Mas was very articulate and kept me posted on everything. I would still recommend your company to others.

It's my second time I book my ticket through them, literally they provided me with the cheapest & best experience, I love how the agencies are sooo sweet and helpful :) will keep dealing with them for sure.
