The Covid period has hit us all. So many people are stuck all around the world. I am one that was caught by only a few days resulting in an extended stay in South Africa under their strict restrictions. My flight was cancelled and rebooked 7 times. ASAP was there all the way. Thank you. As of now I am still in South Africa but am booked out to fly back home to the USA in 3 weeks. I can only hope that this time I will go. Thanks for the patience ASAP

Albin has been so kind and patient with me with regards to make airline reservations to my needs. When a flight needed to be changed he Immediately accommodated to the situation. Excellent customer service. Mel listened to our needs and preferences and took his time to find absolutely the best deal for us among several options. He emailed me all good options, based on our needs, so we could take our time to review them and pick the best for us. He guided me thru the full process of purchasing tickets, and he on the phone until I received final confirmation and wished us a very good trip.
Very Horrible experience when it comes to cancelled flights. Never rely on their support when finding alternate flights. Do it yourself directly with the airline and you can find the best options without missing your connecting flights. If I did not take the initiative of going directly to the check in counter in the airport I would have missed my flights. Their alternate time and date are the worst. They even gave me alternate date moving my flight to 6 days later which meant i would be stranded in a city for that period! Obviously the agents rely only on their horrible system software to find flights which does not give the best options. My wife just took a few minutes by google search to find me alternate flights. The way they make you wait atleast an hour to simply fix the schedule is horrible. They have agent to agent rules that will mess up your urgent issues. I will never use Asap tickets again nor recommend them. In fact, they should replace their name to ‘Verylatetickets'
