I never buy any ticket from this company. They don't want the refund money back my account. They said last end of August it was taken 30 between 45 days processing to refund. And called agent a lot time and she gave me answer today and she said refund the money to my account going to take 4 or 5 more months and each person they will charge $250 fee. Can you believe. What kind of company. Wasn't it my mistake cancel all of the fly last June. Why you guys giving hard time, just give my money back, your process can not take 7or 8 months for paying customers money it is not legal. I couldn't reach any supervisor. I bought ticket from this company and no more. They are not working professional.

My first time using this agency. They've thought of EVERYTHING! When you open their web page you must enter your phone number. I was disappointed, but Mr. Kidlat called within a minute and was so tactful, patient, generous AND knowledgeable that he immediately broke through my defenses, especially after the horrifying customer service I recently had with another agency. ASAP tried to take half of my payment when I asked them for refund! ASAP said, because I didn't buy ticket protection, there will be charges and penalties when I refund the tickets. The agent told me that she had spoken with the airline manager and was advised about my ticket charges and ticket expiration on Feb 2021. I paid $2789 for 2 roundtrip tickets and only $1394 will be refunded according to ASAP tickets.
The thought of losing half of the payment for penalties and charges was unsettling to me so I decided to call Philippine Airlines.
I spoke with PAL and was informed that there are no penalties nor charges. The tickets are 100% refundable during this COVID-19 situation. PAL suggested to convert the tickets to travel vouchers in which they will add additional 10% to my base fare. It means I didn't lose a penny... I got 10% more.
Now I was wondering now why ASAP tickets had said differently. Why ASAP tickets would like to take half of my hard-earned money during this pandemic crisis? Why would ASAP put an expiration date on my tickets when there's travel ban around the world? Why ASAP tickets would say such lies when Philippine Airlines is willing to give back the money? This should stop. Unfair.

Agent *******@asaptickets.com was very slick. He took my credit card and transferred us to another office which proceeded to take my social security number. I was alarmed and said do not process this request. 2 days later, my card was charged. He lied and said some country would give us our refund. After many calls and weeks later, he told us we would just have a credit of $350. He then said to call his supervisor and email his supervisor Mr Foggi. This we did several times with no response. Hello, I am very disappointed with ASAP tickets. Swiss airlines canceled my flight, I had flight protection, but still lost $279 + the funds paid for ticket protection. Ticket protection guarantees 100% of fare due to flight cancellation, but ASAP tickets do not honor it. My 3rd agent (Mario) was very kind and respectful, but I still lost the money paid for ticket protection on the flight, and $279 in commission to ASAP tickets. Also, there was no Courtesy call from ASAP tickets when the first flight was canceled.
