Purchased two tickets with insurance to Italy in January 2020 to fly there in August. Covid hit. Tried to call ASAP numerous times, they would put us on hold and the phone would disconnect. Finally put in a dispute with my credit card company. Guess what, ASAP talked to us after that! They said they would refund only 1000. 00 of my 1700. 00 payment only if I closed the case first. Mmmm. Really? That sounds very trustworthy, especially with the ASAP

Mahmoud went over and above the call of duty so to say to find us something we could afford. We need to go to Germany to see a very sick family member. We looked all over the internet for a few days and everything was so expensive, over $1700. 00 per person, and with horrendous layovers some of which were more that 12 hours. I understand there aren't as many flights being offered during Covid, however he found us beautiful flights with LH and excellent flight times. I am so thankful! We saved a ton of money and he was very respectful and considerate. I would book them truly again and again.

This is one of the worst website to book your tickets. I know that the tickets might be cheap but they are a total scammer. I booked my ticket to Philippines this year, but the COVID-19 hit, so I tried to cancel the ticket, they said they won't be able to do it because they will loose money. I even paid the protection fee, just in case something happens and I can cancel it anytime.At the end they said I will have to pay $280 if I want my money back. THIS IS TOTAL RIDICULOUS.

Oxford rebooked my families cancelled airfare. He advised that we book immediately to beat the fair increases he was positive were imminent. I did as he advised. Air fair did the exact opposite and came down 30%. Be very weary in accepting advise from these agents. They are not as knowledgeable as they tout.

Worst Business practice and Customer Service Ever! Booked a round trip flight to Barcelona. The flight was cancelled due to Covid. The airlines returned the money to the company but they do not want to return the money to the customer. Calling and trying to resolve for months now... hours on the phone, dropped, switched, no pick ups. In the beginning, they sent me a refund form which I filled out. They were going to charge 75.00 to cancel. Which I didn't want to pay but agreed to it. Never received the money and spent months calling.
Finally talked to someone yesterday now they want to charge 150.00 per ticket. What? Shame on them for taking advantage or people during Covid!
