1. Spent numerous days prior to flight attempting to reach them wanting to know my options, prior to travel ban. 2. Got in contact about a week later and requested a full refund, due to travel bans and shelter in place orders being mandated. Was informed a refund would be processed. 3. Was emailed and told I received a credit and would need to rebook travel by the end of the year (2020) and would have to travel this year (2020). 4. Called and emailed stating that was not possible due to Covid-19 and not knowing if and when things will change, also work schedules may now not permit travel due to being off of work during this Pandemic. 5. Was then sent an email days later stating out of my $3,067 purchase my refund would be $123 because ASAP would charge me fees and so would United for cancelling. 6. Told them that was unacceptable and would like a full refund as this is out of my control. 7. Heard nothing back, have sent consistent communication to them at least once or twice weekly. 8. When someone did reply my mother and I were told that even though there are travel bans And shelter in place orders in place we can still go on our trip and that we should work with United to obtain our refunds although we purchased our tickets through ASAP. 9. Flight was then cancelled by United. I was informed that ASAP would waive their fees but United is still charging a $300 cancellation fee per customer, per ticket. 10. I sent an email stating that United Has Cancelled The flight so I should not be penalized for that and should be issued a full refund. 11. Since sending that follow up email I have not had any communication with ASAP due to them not responding. I just sent a follow up email asking for their response to my question of not being charged a cancellation fee by United as they cancelled my flight and it is out of my control.

I have not had contact with anyone from asaptickets since 9/19/2020. I am waiting their response to initially telling me they would charge me a fee of $100 per ticket to now going up to $250 per ticket.

ZERO STARS! This company advised that we had to pay a $75 per ticket refund for international flights after flight was cancelled (Delta) due to Covid. Delta advised over phone that they have returned the money to ASAP. NO one at ASAP will return my call or assist. June 1 we paid for the refund. June 4th Delta advised that they show refund as processed. Today is October 26 and we have not received a refund. ASAP Tickets has lied over and over about the status of our money and have not returned a dime. I have talked to about 100 people over there and its a different story every time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS A SCAM. THEY HAVE OVER $6,000 FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND ALSO FOR MY SISTER AND GRANDMOTHER.

I talked to him before I filled the payment form!
He gave me a cheaper ticket in his opinion! After 2 days Turkish company cancel flight from Charlotte to Toronto! He said in his email:
Dear Ioan

Got it. Give me 1 day and we will exchange your flight.
He ask more money! The ticket was not as cheap as he promised, he makes a new schedule but ask another $78, and so on! I am still waiting to have an answer from him but he does not say anything! I told him I am flexible about 2-3 days around and also flexible hours! After the $78 amount he promised to solve the problem If I pay another $200!
I ask myself where he will stop to ask money! He knows the conditions that Romania doesn't received people from USA, what I found today but stil he continued to ask mine and make promises! I try to encourage him to make a good job, offer a$25 tip! I paid insurance $ 70! I have nothing in this moment, and Hommer C. Does not want even to answer my emails and close the transaction! Maybe the court could solve this problems! I hope there is someone there in ITN and ASAP To hear this and to solve it!
You have my money. Let me have the ticket,

Don't Use ASAP

Awful! They act so nice and over promise! They only want to sell you the ticket but then if there's a challenge forget it! Don't but trip protection! It doesn't protect! I cancelled 2 1/2 months ahead with a doctor's note and I got nothing. Had to go to the Insurance Commissioner in California to fight for me! I got 1/2 my money back! Easy to buy a ticket from them. They will promise you the world. They are on the verge of being fraudulent! I wouldn't; t even give them one star but I had to post something to get this review up.

I was making reservations to Ghana Africa and received great service and price. However the airline canceled one leg of my journey and when contacting ASAP Tickets the agent that I worked with was able to locate tickets and a very fair price. I did have to adjust my dates a few days but that was not ASAP Tickets they have to work with the airlines flight schedules. I will diffidently work with them again for future travels.

Fantastic Customer Service!

Dusty, my customer service representative, made an exceptional effort to find us the best travel experience possible. He searched for not only the best price, but also the best duration, best layover and best airlines suitable for our needs. I have been a longtime Expedia user, but my experience with ASAP has persuaded me to switch. Expedia's options were limited and over $7000, but I paid about $1000 with ASAP. My mother-in-law had died the week before, so it was imperative that we traveled to the home country. The other sites priced flights at an exorbitant rate, but ASAP's prices were reasonable, acceptable and fair. Given that we were faced with an tragedy, and given that ASAP didn't take advantage of our suffering, I will now be a regular ASAP customer. Dusty was the first step for a smooth travel experience. Thank You!
