Purchased 10 round-trip tickets to Europe in 2019 for a planned 2020 European vacation. When COVID made international travel impossible, ASAP Tickets was a nightmare to deal with. The agents have no idea what they are talking about and instead of reassuring you, they lie, misrepresent and confuse you in an attempt to not refund your money. My flight was not cancelled until June 2020 but ASAP was refunded 100% of the ticket price by the 2nd week of June. Up until last week, I was still being told they had not been refunded and I would have to do a formal refund request to the airline through ASAP's Refund request online form and pay a "refund processing fee" of $250 per ticket. I was originally told this fee was being charged by the airline. When I reminded them that the airlines were forbidden to charge any fees for a COVID cancelled flight, I was told it was actually bank fees for processing my refund. This went on for MONTHS. Finally, after 6 months of having to deal with these folks, I finally got a 100% refund. They could have been better equipped in dealing with their customers. And I would have understood a long delay in processing an immense number of refunds, but the lies, misrepresentations and confusion they engaged in is unforgivable. I got my refund, yes, and in the process they have forever lost my business. I will never use ASAP ever again. And I will encourage others to not use them, either. No amount of savings is worth the nightmare ASAP has put it's customers through. Shame on you, ASAP.

ASAP tickets needs to reported to Federal trade commission for their Fraud. Ftc, gov is the website, This company is fraud and you should not give up until you get the what you deserve. Call the airline company directly and I promise you will get a better deal. These travel agents are crooks and we don't need them!

The person who assisted me was very cooperative and resolved a problematic situation. She exceeded all of my expectations about travel agents.
You pay for one destination, person puts in another destination. You realize this within minutes but have to fight for a refund you probably won't see all because the phone person made the mistake. Time to contact the big legal guns to get refund
