Finally Got a refund

ASAP tickets refunded the balance per their agreement. I'm still a little annoyed that it took so long and only happened after a wrote a negative review here.

That said, their prices were the absolute lowest I could find. So if you want to take a little risk and possibility of some hassle, they might be worth it for you.

They strung me along, lied to me, and kept a bunch of my money without giving me anything in return.

I bought tickets to Paris for $599 each, which was a great deal.

The coronavirus hit. Americans were no longer allowed to travel to France. I was told my only option was to lose my money or pay another $417 to reschedule later in the year. As the second date approached, Americans were still not allowed to travel to France.

At this piont, ASAPtickets told me I could refund my tickets, but that they would keep a service charge of $150 per ticket.

I went over the numbers with the representative multiple times. He told me that I would receive a refund both for the original amount $599 and the second (rescheduled) amount $417 (minus 150).

599 + 417=1,016
1,106 x 2 = 2,032
2,032 - 300 = $1,732

Instead, of refunding me the amount that was represented, I got $898. So they kept $1,134 and gave me nothing in return--not even a travel credit or anything.

I am so angry. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

HORRIBLE! A SCAM!

I purchased 2 tickets to Spain fo April 2020 right at the beginning of Covid. They forced me to pay $600 extra dollars to reschedule to ******* and now the situation is the same or worse, they demand $500 more to exchange or even to get my money back. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Check the Facebook page ASAP tickets scam/no refund help to see. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from ASAP Tickets.

I got sick and needed my refund I was told the "care" service plan is no insurance by Logan of Asap tickets Special Services. I had previously been told that I would had to wait six months for their refund process, that's if at the end of the "process" they decided to "get my back". I have gotten no follow up for basically ten days and this is the "care" I get for paying an extra 300 dollars on a basically 4,000 dollar trip?

DO NOT book with ASAP tickets!
We booked with them in january 2020 but once Covid hit, it's been a nightmare to get our money back. Never again will we book with these con artists.
Their agents manipulate, misinform, mislead, lie and bully customers, all for a commission. I've read so many similiar stories to ours all over social media it's unbelievable! Do not let them charge you any processing fees for canceled flights, just report them to US DOT, BBB, write as many complaints on different sites as possible, contact your bank and file a dispute.
Otherwise you will not get help. We were ignored and asked to contact the airlines while they happily charged us $ 2,500 pre Pandemic for 2 tickets to Europe.
Horrible experience!
ASAP tickets owes us $317.50 for penalty

FRAUD!

I am one of thousands people who are affected with pandemic! I booked a tickets (3) from Chicago to Manila last year February for June 2020 flight. But because of covid we need to rebook the tickets again. My agent directed me to her Supervisor named HAPPY whose location is Manila, Philippines. She told me that my travel protection has been used so need to pay for another one and that i have to pay $422.23. So i did! And assured me that the flight price is still the same as the original one which is $1,100 each! As we go along with the pandemic situations, i

Wonderful

As a mom that hasn't flown, I sent my teenage child from Texas to California and I was unsettled about the exact travel & time details. Deceitful and liars

This website blows and deceitful and should be shut down: you go on line and you book a flight to see a price and then a screen will pop out to tell you what they have found for you and when you call them about that price with the discount ID provided they would say oh there is an asterisk next to it which means is not for the day you requested but for other days-- you conniving liars i did not go on line to book a flight for your date but my date and my time - worthless and liars like the rest of American companies - i cannot believe that they call some websites to flag the reviews- more unscrupulous behavior from these people

If you need to cancel even within 24 hours, they can take up to 90 days to refund your money. They will not follow up with you. You will need to have your bank hold the charge in order for an agent to respond.

They offered me a voucher after my flight was cancelled and I had to buy a new ticket from them to return home, but every time I try to use the voucher they come with another stupid excuse not to honor the voucher.

They lie to customers to get them to accept the vouchers knowing very well that they do not intend to honor those vouchers.

Do not accept the vouchers, the vouchers are fake and worthless.

I wish I could give zero stars.

I bought flight tickets with ASAP in March of 2020. Flights were cancelled due to covid. I bought ticket protection and even tipped well, so I expected to be treated with respect and get my refund.

Agent tells me even with ticket protection, a refund is not an option. Eventually we change agents, had to do this 3 times! Every agent was so difficult. One agent tried to tell me my tickets never existed!

I emailed various ITN corp reps, I filed a complaint through BBB. I was ignored for so long, thought I would need to get a lawyer!

Just recently, like last week, I thought if I can't get my money back, I should at least warn other people who don't know about ASAP. After I left a bad review, ITN emailed me, told me they would give me a partial refund but I have to change my bad review to a good one!

Please stay far away from ASAP/ITN, I don't want to see anyone go through what I've been through, it's not worth it!

I have been attempting to get my refund from these people for around 1 year, because the pandemic started and other countries shutting down entry. I didn't cancel my flight, Delta Airlines canceled the flight. I contacted the Delta Airlines and I got the answer from Delta they refund all my money. But the agent Memphis from ASAP Ticket promises me I'll take all my refund but he kept me $1800 from 6 tickets, he said to me I can use as credit Voucher for next flight. Now I decided to book a ticket again for all my family. The agent Memphis from ASAP Tickets tried to foolish me with tickets, one ticket now is around $850 he found a ticket for $1200 and he used my credit voucher and the ticket go down to $800. After 3 hours we discussed, he used only $800 instead of $1800, he kept my money $1000 this is a steal. He is very rude. Stay away from this company.
