I book tickets for my family to go to morocco. The flight was canceled due to covid restrictions, and asap ticket refused to refund the money back to me because I didn't pay an extra 300$ for the insurance even tho they got the full amount from delta airline. They wanted to book me another flight outside the time when my vacation is. I am still struggling to get my money back! PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY AND BOOK DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINES!

It was easy, fast, and reasonable to book a flight with them. I called and my sales rep who answered was great! He made sure to get me exactly what I was looking for and for the price I could afford. I was not pressured in any way. I will use them again and I recommend them 100%.
I would not recommend working with ASAP Tickets. Although I have spoken to several nice people, I have had a terrible experience with them over the last year.
I bought tickets from Denver to Accra for March 2020. As everyone knows now that is when the coronavirus world pandemic broke out and everything shut down. I emailed ASAP Tickets weekly for 13 months, I repeat 13 MONTH, I talked with 7 different people and no one helped me. They would ignore my emails, leave me on hold, or not answer questions.
Worst of all when someone named Junior finally started talking with me, he told me he would help me reschedule my flights and ASAP Tickets would cover the cost based on what I paid for my last tickets. After I reached back out to them, he said I'd have to pay a $850 exchange fee which was more than my original ticket! He was just trying to get me to buy another ticket in again.
This has been so frustrating and I am still emailing their customer service to see if someone can help me. It's been a horrible experience.

Arnav was an amazing agent. He carefully listened to my travel plans and the fact I am traveling alone with a baby. He listened to my concerns regarding long layovers and desire to arrive at my destination within the shortest and most affordable way possible. At the very last minute after working so hard to find the best fit for my daughter and myself I changed the dates and Arnav so patiently and professionally worked to secure the same accommodations. He also answered or found the a swerve to every single question I had. I would a absolutely use ASAP Tickets again and specifically request for Arnav to handle my booking.

Wish I could give zero stars. They are terrible at refunds. I'm still waiting for my refund for a ticket I cancelled since November 2nd. They charged me $250 for cancellation (even though the airline gave them full refund) and yet they still won't give me my refund. Now the "agent" isn't picking my calls anymore or responding to my emails. ASAP PLEASE ISSUE ME MY REFUND! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR NUMEROUS EXCUSES. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Uggh!

I couldn't find airline tickets for anything less than $650. I found ASAP Tickets online. I asked for a quote. They promptly responded and found me tickets for $384! Joanne, my travel agent, was fast, polite, and did everything she could to make sure my trip went well.
