I've been using Asap tickets since 2015, it is now 2021 and I have never been disappointed. I always get the best rates (cheaper than anything I can find online). Summary. Purchased a ticket a year ago flight was cancelled due to covid. I tried to get my refund back I was told the airline would have to refund my money to them first before I can get my money. I thought it was BS but kept following up for months. I finally found out 2 weeks ago I purchased insurance for my trip. Called and I was told they were going to refund my money and I should expect a call back. Spoke with the agent and I was told thats not the case the airline will have to refund them first. My question was did you read what the insurance you all sold to me said? Why do I have to wait for the insurance company to refund me?

While making a booking, the agent assured me that my ticket was changeable without any extra cost (except the price difference between the old and the new ticket), but once I tried to change it, they wanted an extra $250 as their change fees. Will never book from them again.

We booked tickets with the 1st agent from the cebu office in the Philippines namely SHILON. She was very kind and respectful in the beginning but after we paid and the flights got cancelled, she never helped us again even we tried to reach out to her. The 2nd agent we talked with was with the same office in cebu. His name is MANSUR, he was the same with SHILON, he was nice, very helpful with all of our concerns about the rebooking. We paid for all of the insurance for me my wife and out kids just to go back home to be with our family and kids but after we paid the amount that they were asking and the second time the flights got canceled we were really heart broken spending our savings just to go home to see our kids. We again tried to seek help with the agents but they never even cared, we were calling and sending emails but no action had been taken.

I am very satisfied with my experience with this travel agency. Rafael S. Was patient and very helpful! He was attentive and followed up with me in a timely manner throughout the process. He was able to help my friends and I find tickets to Jamaica for only $570 while on our own we would have paid $850 each. Thanks for your help and I will be using this agency in the future.
Aldo is exceptional and very knowlegable about his job. He spent several hours making sure and explaining in detail the reservation. I asked him several questions before making payment and he answered all and was available and paid attention to all the details. He is highly recommended. We are first time users of ASAP but from this experience, I will continue using ASAP in our future travels.

I spoke to Mr. Gates April 20th, he found me a very good price airline to Texas. Then call him back this morning in the last minute, April 21 to find me another flight ticket and he tried his best to find it for my spouse travel together, on the same airline same time he did his best and he did it thank you, so much, I'm very very happy with Mr. Gates

I called into ASAP to book the $297 RT deal advertised on their website from SFO to the Philippines. When I asked for that deal the rep told me the best deal they could find was $800 for the dates I wanted to travel which I can find on Kayak, Skyscanner, JustFly, etc. actually, they are all lower. I told the rep I can fly any day any time stay a Saturday night as mentioned in the fine print. Still, she could not help me. I am even to happy to fly from SEA or LAX if I have to but still some reason no $297. I called in today 4/20/21 and just kept getting transferred to a new rep. Here read for yourself what's actually on their website as for travel expectations. Again I am happy to travel whenever yet for some reason they can not fulfill the advertised deal on the site. Here is what the small print says: *All the prices displayed are one-way and round-trip economy class airfares per adult person in USD, and include all taxes, fees and applicable surcharges. The fares are subject to seat availability in the corresponding booking inventory, are for individual travel and cannot be used for group travel. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and dates. The advertised prices are valid for travel Monday – Thursday departures in the following dates: Aug 16- Dec 5,2021). Minimum stay – Saturday night, and maximum stay – 30 days. Lowest 2021 fares are available from major US cities (PHL, WAS, BOS, HOU, NYC, LAX, SFO, CHI, SEA, HNL, MIA & others). Again I am happy to meet all the requirements her yet they almost are on the verge of scammy. Let me say this Jewel, Hailey, Ibarra, Pasha, Tinker. Stella have all been very nice and respectful. I gave a 2-star rating because of the nicety of the reps. I have actually booked with ASAP in the past so I thought hey this is great lets book again but maybe things have changed. Sorry ASAP other than very nice reps at the moment your company comes across as scammy for now. Buyers beware
