She sold me a ticket to the Philippines transferring in San Francisco and then to Taipei then to Manila. There was a 30 hour layover in Taipei where only 8 hour maximum for transfers are allowed. Therefore I was denied boarding in San Francisco sfo for that reason. I paid 1056. 00 plus 100.00 travel protection. And Amarah has been avoiding me 2 days leaving me stranded in San Francisco.
I got a ticket from the agency and i decided to cancel, for 5 months they are yet to return my money

I love flying with southwest airlines because of the free luggage and choose your seat. However I didn't like having to be at the airport for 6 hours because my flight was canceled. Also a Booker for my flight home today took a $15.00 tip which I not consented too. The airline itself I like.
Still no refund and still no one will get back to me. Sent several emails. And called MANY TIMES. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I purchased a ticket and unfortunately had to cancel. I cancelled within 20 minutes of booking my flight. I was told to fill out a refund form which I questioned but was told it was ONLY way to get my money back, so I did. The agent was very rude and unprofessional and giving me a hard time about having to cancel my flight. Here it is almost two weeks and I STILL a have no refund. Every time I call I am told NOONE can see anything regarding a refund. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and get transferred and no answer and get kicked back to the call rep. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY!

I just canceled my ticket for Refund at April 2020 because it was a lookdown due to Covid19 and there is no flight on that time to our destination.
The agent that handled my request is very helpful but In some reasons it is still in reviews until now.

I am so disappointed in ASAP travel and my agent Gus. I bought a ticket to Italy in January and had my flight canceled and then transferred the money to mew tickets to Spain. I was quoted the exact same price and trusted they were being honest. I looked on the airlines website right after I booked( less than one hour) and the price they had was over $350 less than what I paid through ASAP travel. I emailed and called Gus right then and he never got back to me. I've called many times and emailed with no response and even talked to other people working at ASAP and they said there is nothing they could do. Double check airlines before you buy with this company. They advertise cheap flights, but it's a bait and switch and end up charging you way more.
I will never ever use this company again.

I booked a ticket with ASAP but the agent failed to state that they had a 1 bag requirement. I ended up paying $250 for the second bag on the outbound flight and $350 for the inbound flight for the second bag. It is easier to book directly with the airlines. Book at your own risk.

I travel internationally quite often, and ASAP Tickets is one of the best services for great rates for flights.
At first glance I thought this was not a legitimate service however I've used them about seven times and each time I've been rather impressed. Some agents are better than others. My favorite is Fiby as she is very direct about when to purchase tickets and get the best prices. She has guided me the best.
You pay a small fee for a tip but it's worth the savings that you get for your flight.
