ASAP team is not good and I won't recommend to anyone due to false ticketing. Whatever they have discussed initially was not the same at the time of payment. Not sharing enough information to the customer about ticket fare and baggage information.
I totally paid $540 for baggage but ASAP team said $240 for total bags.
They have charged for economy fare from me but booked basic economy. Everything was not real.
Again I will never recommend to anyone.
They won't refund after the airline cancelled the flight! Their ticket protection and travel care protection are all lies! Go book your trip to the airlines directly! I have been speaking to Musk concerning an exchange, voucher or a refund on my ticket
From May 2020from British Airways
Previous to Musk, over the past year, I have Jerry, Fonzy, Romeo, Paddy and 2 supervisors.
I have also spoken to British Airways. BA said they could not talk to me because my ticket was booked through a travel agent. They gave me a phone number for a Trade Line that we could have a 3 way conversation and come to a resolution. Musk has refused to make that call.
I was told in the past, that I could not get a refund or a voucher, just book another flight, which is impossible at this time, because of CoVid restrictions, not knowing what countries will be open.
Musk informed me today that British Airways will settle a refund for a reduced amount of my ticket. I will accept. I tried to fill out the form he sent to get a refund of $500 for each of the 2 tickets I purchased. It would not accept mine or my husbands birthdate to complete the request. Then Musk comes back to me and tells me that it is because I have to pay $1,00.00 now and then $2,000 would be refunded to me. This is not an acceptable business practice and I cannot agree to do this.
He refused to let me talk to you. He refused to call the Trade Line to get a resolution to this situation.

Asap tickets refunded my ticket to a credit card I dont own wo my consent and now telling me I have to wait 2 months for my money and not to call my bank cuz they cant help me! My agent Durant was very prompt and efficient. He found me a good flight at a reasonable rate. After I booked he called and provided additional info and told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns
I brought a ticket last May 19 of $6124 and I am assisted with Yamato L. After I paid within 24 hrs.it was cancelled I message him he said it is refundable as full for option of in house refund of 2 to 3 days. He said he will help us to reschedule after 24 hours and more than a week he never email us phone us no schedule and wanted to deduct $250 each of us x 4 pax of $1000. I asked for help they keep forwarding us and hang up. I call air canada and confirm and given us a copy it was refunded but Asap ticket never refund back our money. This Asap tickets Canada is a big thief! Liar! Scammer! Give us a full refund asap!

This company should be on a watch list for elder abuse, they sold my elderly father several tickets that were never used, kept calling on him. After he complained about spending over $1000 for a ticket I stepped in to see was going on, I made an effort to rebook the ticket. Wow, that was a mistake, ended up paying extra fees to use the ticket, if I would have paid cash for the ticket, it would have cost $250, turns out they sold me the lowest class ticket available (Q Class), this means no seat is assigned until you arrive at the airport. Yes, you get the last seat on the plane, the seat that nobody would buy, this is also the first time I have booked a ticket through a travel agency where you are required to complete a gratuity page for the operator on the phone, yes, you can't complete your transaction until you leave a tip? Lemillion & Winona should be locked up for elder abuse, total scam, do yourself a favor, RUN

Scam... I think this company operates in India or they are Indian people.
I booked some traveling international tickets for me and my family of nine people in total. They started by sending me emails saying Schedule Changes
I called them they said pay the airline, I went to the airline they sold my tickets and I have no more tickets and they have to reissues the tickets,
fine call me one more time the said the airline wants to charge me $380 for each ticket and the got them down to $130 each ticket
And total me I have to pay them a total of $1,170 When I was not to be applied to get the airline customer service on the phone to see why I have to pay these fees
I went to the Airport and I spoke to the Airline Delta representative. The check the status of my tickets was everything fine
And I do not have to pay anything, The asap tickets call me back told me they sent emails how to pay the fee for each ticket to make sure
I asked them again why I have to pay this fee They insisted my airline will not reissue the tickets until the fees are paid,
When I told them I spoke to the airline and there is no fees need to pay the ASAP tickets hung up the Phone.

I booked my international flight on March 12th, 2021... I arrived at the airport to find out that United Airlines had canceled the entire flight. I stayed at the airport for 4 hours, trying to see if I could still leave. The airlines indicated that the company I used should have notified me of the changes and refund me my money, because it wasn't my fault! However, ASAP never notified me and now don't want to pay me all my money without a penalty! Wow... My was scheduled for May 17th, this was plenty of time to notify me!
It wasn't my fault. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, AND ESPECIALLY NOT BLACK PEOPLE! I think this is the only reason they are doing me like this because I'm a BLACK WOMAN!

If you want to book travel plans through a 3rd party site, do not book through ASAP tickets. They are thieves and lie. Once you book a flight with them they will continue to change the flight and charge your card more for the change fees. They will lie and say that the airlines changed the flight but that is not true. Also their travel protection plans are total bs, don't trust them. They have agents in Philippines that are total scammers. If you ever call them and get a person named Phoenix or Magnus or Zidan hang up immediately.
I am still disputing a refund of almost $6,800! It has been 2 months. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BOOK WITH ASAP Tickets. They also go by the name of International Travel Network, LLC.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE SCAMMERS. We bought a one way ticket to the Philippines with ASAP tickets costing 2,416.4 due to a bereavement. Unfortunately due to covid Eva Airlines cancelled our flights. We tried to reschedule but they kept wanting to charge us more than half of the price we paid for a 1 way ticket even though it wasnt our fault. So we gave up trying to reschedule because they couldnt give us a date without charging us more than twice the amount for a ONE WAY TICKET. When we asked for a refund they said they are only returning $1312. Because they are charging me for FUEL, TAXES etc... WHAT A JOKE! We didnt even fly and youre gonna charge us for fuel and taxes?! AND WE're only getting back less than half of what we spent. After that my agent MAYBELLE didnt respond anymore! Customer service rude! Sounds like a good deal but at the end you pay way more then you would with delta. Originally I had flight through Amsterdam they canceled that flight and made me to pay and instead of one stop they have me two. Then canceled back to one Amsterdam and charged again. I talked to two people over there, both were rude, like robots. Very disappointed. Prefer to buy with delta! Recommend not to use ASAP! Never!

Went onto the site, got a quote for a flight by date, was directed to call their 888 number to book, as soon as I got a agent on the line and gave the discount number the site gave, she said the quote wasn't any good and I could book for more than $350 than the site quoted.
