Booked San Diego to Manila Ticket recently, certain Agent Mirage was very pushy all throughout the transaction, he wants clients to booked right away even with a limited details provided and doesnt give a lot of options that beneficial to clients, at some puts a lot of pressure and annoying. And after the booking, the Agent was no longer responding on emails even promised to provide seats fot my entire my families' flight but to no avail. Not so good experience.

I bought flights to India from LAX months ago. Since then my flight changed from 22 hours to 36. I called the agency on Dec 4th to request special seats due to my husbands disability. This has never been a problem and airlines within the US, going out of the US, and flying into the US are required to honor seat assignments (Air Carrier Access Act) at no cost when its disability related. Today is Dec 16th, my flight is tomorrow and they have STILL not completed this request. Its too late now, even in American Airlines wanted to help, all seats are booked. The agent's excuse was that every time she called American is that they were closed... Literally makes no sense. They are open from 6 AM to 11 PM every day and it had been 10 days at that point. Extremely disappointed. Will never use this agency again.

I was with Neptune and was really thankful for his patience in guiding me through out. I'm not fast in using computers and not very techy, but he was there for me waiting and guiding through process. It was an experience, especially somebody who are not well verse on how to use the computer, but we managed over the obstacle we encountered.
