AT first it was all ok, after paying my tickets on line, also got scam of buying the Travel Insurance, not even worth the money, was told anytime I ran into problems, or concerns, I am able to contact the Agent, via emails, or phone calls, but when i reached my destination country, was hard to connect, to customer service, sent emails, took forever to reply. Not happy with the service.

The agent is offering a lower fare. Before we made a deal he offered and push you hard to get the insurance. I declined it. They took money from my two cards cause I split the payments. They said they will email the ticket. When I woke up opened my phone and checked my email. I didn't get any. So I called them they never answered so I sent an email. Good thing they replied and this is the robbery part. They wont issue the ticket cause the airlines wont allow it. Are you kidding me, you are selling a ticket that has no approval from the airlines? Where in world you come from? You withdrawn money from my cards and you will not issue the ticket. You are robbing me. It's not my fault why the airlines wont issue. Why are you selling ticket with no permission from the airlines. You are a liar, making false advertisement and robbing your costumer. Good thing you return my money. But still you are a liar, a user and fake advertiser. Don't ever allow this agency to victimize another costumer like me.

ASAP Tickets is not transparent. The company is deceitful and lies when it comes to paying additional 10% of your flight ticket and refunding your your money if there is an emergency or challenge that you cannot travel. When I purchased my ticket in December 2022, I was advised by one of the agents, Michelle that if a pay additional 10% of the ticket and I am unable to travel, the payment will be refunded. I paid the additional 10% of the flight ticket. Unable to travel, ASAP Tickets states that they cannot refund me the money because the airline does not refund money. I specifically asked about refund if I do not travel, and I was told yes if I pay additional 10% of the flight ticket. ASAP Tickets should have been clear to me when I was purchasing flights tickets that the airline do not refund, especially when I asked and Michelle knew that I wanted a refundable flight ticket in case if there is an emergency. If you are looking for a refundable ticket, do not buy from ASAP Tickets.
