I was looking for a suitable airline for my trip. When I went online I was frustrated, by the kind of so-called deals which were no deals at all. I called ASAP tickets and got Sateesh at the other end. I told him my requirements so he sent me some quotes. I told him that I needed a day to talk to my family in India before confirming the dates to which he agreed. He called me earlier this evening and I told him of the change in plans since we first talked. He kept me on the line and searched for various airlines. At the end of the day, he was able to get me the Airline of my choice and at the times that were suitable for me. After following all the formalities, I was happy that everything was accomplished. He is a great asset to your company. He does his job very professionally.
I am a 72-year-old Physician of Indian origin having a Medically allied business in the US. I have been here for 35 years and have not been back home for the last 6 years.
