Finding g the right flights was great, but I was hoping to pay less than what we were charged, the agent was really God, and went out of his way to get us 2 direct flights, boson to LA and LA to manila. We have always had 2 stops, and long layovers, I was looking to find flights from boston to manila with 1 stop using the airlines we normally fly. But most of them had long layovers

Around November I was served the website, trying to the tickets to Israel. It was a special promotion, but I passed the due date because I didn't have dates of my trip.
I got two travel agents contacted me who try to work with me that time...I of them was Barcelona from Philippines...
About a week ago I finally got dates...
I contacted both of them, but "ASAP tickets representative contacted me right away, when other one took over 24 hours to get back to me.
ASAP tickets representative did FANTASTIC job by putting all things together.
It was a "package deal booking". I was looking for the round trip to Israel from New York, USA.
Other 3 people was coming from Moscow, Russia. I wanted to meet them Israeli airport with the minimum time of waiting and pay everything with MY credit card.
The best part of it was:

Lawrence took his time to search for a good ticket for me with a good waiting time at airports. The ticket was affordable in this economy and he took his time and listened to me. I loved his way of working, informative and calm from the start to the end and never tried to pressure me into buying the ticket. He will tell me he found one and will give the details and will let him know what is that I did not like about it. Mostly was the time to spend at the airport. I was flexible with dates as long as I can pass valentine's day with my wife abroad. Now I am a happy traveler.

It is really quite simple. I was lied to and manipulated. Minji told me the price of the ticket was $690.00. She told me to click on the box for the premium travel insurance for $59.95. I told her twice I didn't want the coverage. She said click the box because it's included in the price of the ticket. I explained to her I have purchased hundreds of tickets over the years and never had to be forced to get something I had no interest in. I at first clicked on the box that said "No Thanks" She got all excited and said no. That I was to get the insurance because once agin it was included in the ticket price. Then I get a Email stating I was going to get an additional charge for $59.95. Keep in mind I was satisfied with the ticket price of $690. Then when I looked at the ticket price breakdown I realised I was actually charged extra for the insurance I never wanted. I called Mini up and she just kept repeating herself saying everything was correct and that I was not listening to her(never a good thing to say) I told her before I cancelled the charge with my credit card Company, because of the fraud committed I wanted to talk to a supervisor. I told Minji this and explained it in a Email. Needless to say I have heard nothing. I think ASAP is new to the Industry. My experience is no way to gain Market Share I am very active on Social Media but wanted to wait for an explanation prior to sharing my experience with others.

Booked a ticket for my family going to Philippines from Saskatchewan Canada.
It is great I even bought a securty package for delays and rebooking.
I Called them again after 1 week trying to move from April to May. Now is February.
It's been 3 days no date yet.
Everyday I am calling to follow up. Everytime I called they are saying the person incharge of my booking is not available, busy and attending other client.
They always saying that they will call me. Well they Are lying NO CALL.
Security package is just pain and stress thing to do. If you book a ticket make sure this is final otherwise same thing will happen to you.
Its been 3 days and I am still WAITING FOR REBOOKING / CONFIRMATION.
WELL I GET replie rebooking to FEBRUARY. LOL
SUCH A PAIN i always asking move to May and they rebooking me for February.
