Purchased 3 tix with protection. 2 hours later, after discovering some things about what I'd booked that didn't work for me, I asked for a refund. It took a couple days, but after they couldn't find another flight for me that met my needs, they refunded my money. I appreciate that they did right by me.
It was my first time booking using ASAPTickets and honestly I was ~extremely~ skeptical at first thinking about how agents would try to take a quick buck on me. But in the end with the agent that I was dealing with it turned out well. The pricing was great, and agent was superb.

If you want cheaper ticket go ASAP. This is my second year as a new customer for Asap and I've been telling all my friends to do the same, been recruiting a few of them already and they love it and told them to encourage all their friends also.
Extremely happy with a caring and willingness of Margaret to want to help my urgent need. She was so helpful and hardworking at my situation that as long as she is working at ASAP, I will be your customer in need.
Refused to give me my eticket number, refused me to speak to a supervisor and said they have no supervisor, gave me a bad number, called on hold for 3 hours 26 minutes and hung up on me before I spoke to anyone. Terrible company don't buy. Outsourced company that doesn't work when there are issues.

I would highly recommend that you NEVER you asaptickets.com. They will lie to you. Very hard to work with and very, very unprofessional. My wife and I caught them in a lie and we had proof and yet nothing was done and we where taken advantage of. We have been traveling for over 25 years and have never been so wronged like we was from asaptickets.com. Please use any other travel agency but do not use asaptickets.com. Nothing will ever change if we as consumers don't to something about it.

The best customer service I ever had! The representative name August was very helpful, patiant, pleasant, and very easy to communicate with. My experience to buy tickets online was more than delightful because of the quality of customer service.

She sold me a ticket to the Philippines transferring in San Francisco and then to Taipei then to Manila. There was a 30 hour layover in Taipei where only 8 hour maximum for transfers are allowed. Therefore I was denied boarding in San Francisco sfo for that reason. I paid 1056. 00 plus 100.00 travel protection. And Amarah has been avoiding me 2 days leaving me stranded in San Francisco.
Our travel agent (Albus) contacted us to let us know our flight was cancelled. He worked to find another flight and was able to find one available, departing 1 day later. It required a good bit of time to find a new flight, get it booked and paid for. That being said, our agent worked very hard and was able to do everything needed to make our flight/trip possible. Albus (our agent) is most certainly an asset to his employer.
