A very courteous and helpful representative. Chezki, was very patient and very enthusiastic to help us save money on our airline tickets. I had to change travel dates multiple times, but Chezki was patient and went through all the different dates and multiple airports to find the best rate.
My flight been canceled and when I call reservations center to reissue and change date they transfer me from 1 department to other departments and can't solve the problems and been records my voice. She massage to other department I am rough person.

I booked my flight for a price of 2336. 00. Tip and flight insurance all in. Following morning another agent emailed me a quote of 1437. 00, this upset me to a thought of cancelation of previous booking of 2336. 00, i felt insulted, I called the agent and got an answer that she made an error.

My experience with ASAP was wonderful! Eunice was so helpful because I was very anxious about getting a flight very quickly as my husband was having unexpected surgery in Canada and I was in Florida at the time. When I arrived at the Fort Lauderdale airport, everything went so smoothly. I requested a window or aisle seat and I got a window seat. I would highly recommend ASAP for ticket purchasing.
I booked my ticket last 2019 after 3 months Covid starts. There was travel, we have canceled our flights. We paid $2500 Cad we got our refund after 8 months and had lots of fights with all the agents. We recieved $1600 CAD refund. Don't engage with this company. Terrible service as well! Disgusting.

Redlif was a fantastic agent! He was patient and was willing to go through various options. I was never rushed, and he took the time to explain everything to me. I would use ASAP Tickets again for sure!
I purchased a ticket from ASAP and in 2 weeks they stolen my ticket number from my reservation and cancel my ticket without my permission and they are saying i have to pay almost $1000 per pasenger and that's for nothing. When i asked for a refund they said it will take more than 2 weeks. Worst exoerience ever.

It's my second time that I've used their service for international travel, ASAPTICKET would assign you an agent who would take complete responsibility for your travel from start to finish. They will transparently arrange for any pieces that you would have missed like vaccinations, layovers, food preferences, and other restrictions. Just tell them, and they will take care of it if they can. Otherwise they'll let you know.
II had to keep changing my departure and return dates because of who would travel with me and who would return with my grandchildren and thru-ought the process the agent(lj) was absolutely on my side trying to accommodate my needs and get me the least expensive travel and the shortest layovers. I really was happy with his performance
