I was greeted and helped thoroughly by an associate at ASAP Tickets. He was patient although; I thought it was unjust that the tickets had increased so quickly and by so much. I was thankful that he Understood my concerns.
Amarah did a marvelous job. She was jolly and very accommodating. However, the verification part processing was a bit of a struggle, it took too long for the card to be verified. All in all it was a great experience!

Jefferson was a god-send. Thank you My flight was canceled hrs. Before my flight was to leave, yes I was devastated thinking I would not be able to attend my son will be graduating from boot camp. He was able to find a flight in time for my daughter and me. The joy is real!

Refund. United Airlines provided a full refund due to the fact they couldn't accommodate me and ASAPTICKETS states they haven't received the refund when I was on a three way call with both United Airlines who said they gave a full
Refund. The ASAPTICKETS representative stated she was going to take another $300…. For what. I refuse because my first ticket of 1515.00 was only refunded $825.00. I do not trust this company very shady practices.
Arnav was an amazing agent. He carefully listened to my travel plans and the fact I am traveling alone with a baby. He listened to my concerns regarding long layovers and desire to arrive at my destination within the shortest and most affordable way possible. At the very last minute after working so hard to find the best fit for my daughter and myself I changed the dates and Arnav so patiently and professionally worked to secure the same accommodations. He also answered or found the a swerve to every single question I had. I would a absolutely use ASAP Tickets again and specifically request for Arnav to handle my booking.
Warning! ASAP Tickets, ITN, victimizes customers by deceptively, unethically, and ruthlessly charging customers and booking tickets, but negligently and recklessly hiding the fact that no seats whatsoever are included, seats cost a significant hefty excessive price, and customers are compelled to purchase seats at additional cost.
One case is $132 x 4 flight legs, $528. ITN's highest level, Special Services, dictated that seats are not included and must be paid for at an additional price.
ASAP alone is the most disgusting, ruthless, deceptive, and negligent travel company. No other company has been more abusive and shameful towards long-time customers.
Court action shall be UNRELENTING for criminal negligence, fraud, abuse, and SEVERE financial punitive damages. Abused? Join us. May ITN be forced into bankruptcy and out of business by customers and courts.

Belal the agent was unbelievably helpful and friendly. He was thorough and knew his work very well. He was so quick to response to my requests and appears well mannered when talking to people. My flight directly with american and american is saying that the agency is given me a credit for $513.00 only. Why is that? Do you think because I'm old you can play with me I'm 65 years old and what you are doing is dishonest. You as a company should check on this I thing your agents are making you look real bad. I used the company for a mission trip and due to covid the flight was cancelled. Asap is trying to keep the travel credit the airlines has already send to them. It boils down to them trying to steal my money and sell the credit to another customer. Do not use this company
