Been using Arthur's for years. They are a step or more ahead of any other Hawaiian-type jewelry. Prices are very competitive and have a vast selection of anything you may want.
I have placed a couple of orders with Arthur's and have been totally happy with what I received. I feel the prices are very fair for the quality & craftsmanship of all the pieces I have ordered. We were just in Hawaii for a short vacation, but what I saw at the Aloha stadium was junky and alot of times tarnished and of bad quality (I know...one can't expect alot at a flea-market setting 🤷) ABC Stores have a ton of low quality inexpensive trinkets & jewelry and what I liked in other jewelry stores was rather on the high-end side. If your looking for nice quality pieces at reasonable pricing...I suggest Arthur's...you won't regret it!
I live on the east coast and don't travel, so returning to O'ahu is nearly impossible. I turn to Arthur's when I want to add to my collection. This time, I ordered a lovely ring - maile and and plumeria. Scalloped edging and a 6mm which is about 1/4 inch wide. Easy to wear, I did order 1/2 size up to allow for air to circulate between my finger and the ring. Well priced and very quick delivery. I will order again.
I first came across Arthur's Jewelry at their Amazon store front. While the selection there is nice, I decided to see of there was an outside website and indeed there is. Fair prices, a lovely selection of Hawaiian jewelry. I've made several purchases and each arrived quickly, well packaged and suitable for gifting. As Hawai'i is too far for me to return soon, I am able to wear my jewelry and have a bit of Aloha with me.

Reeling from the theft of all my jewelry, I looked online to approximate values for the reports. After much searching, I found Arthur's, & there were my beautiful, expensive-looking yet affordable Hawaiian cuff bracelets! Exactly like the ones I'd bought at the now-defunct Polynesian Market Place! What was lost and irreplaceable was a click away! They arrived quickly and beautifully, and mended a piece of my broken heart. I shall wear them with joy. Mahalo!

I have purchased so much jewellery from this place & always had great service. However my experience this time was horrible. The tracking on my package hasn't moved in 5 days but they refuse to do anything. They said to WAIT 21 DAYS for my order to arrive. Ridiculous, did even offer a partial discount for the delay - siting slow delivery except for the fact that I'm an eBay seller & know that shipments have NOT been moving slow at all. I'd never order from this joke of an establishment again. No Aloha in their spirit.
You placed your order on the 8/27 and we shipped on the next day 8/28. Our system will send out a shipping confirmation with tracking by the time we shipped. If you didn't receive it please check with your spam folder or we can resend it to your email. The tracking is showing it was delivered on 9/5. Due to Covid-19, some of the shipments may be delayed for a few days but we always try our best to send out as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding.
