I purchased two sets of silver earrings for my wife's Xmas present. Arthur's Jewelry shipped the items quickly and they arrived well packaged and as shown in the website's images. I am satisfied and recommend Arthur's Jewelry for it's quick shipment of items listed as in stock and for the quality of the jewelry they sell.

Items are very nice but not the size I expected. They are for a child. I believe I measured according to the given measurements. These are nice but need to be about three times bigger. Would not buy from this vendor again.

I ordered some items through Amazon and then also through Arthur's site directly, and I think the prices were higher on Amazon, so going directly to their website to browse and order may save you some money, especially with their free shipping offer (I think it was with an order of $75ish). Very happy with my experience and my purchases!

I ordered a little sea turtle pendant and a chain. The order was processed quickly and mailed out from Hawaii. In just a very few days, I got my little turtle and he is just as cute as the picture showed him. I love him! Would definitely order from Arthur's Jewelry again.

I ordered the golden hang loose hands. They have a very special meaning towards me. Co.ing drom Honolulu made it even more special. In 1973 Elvis Presley performed at the Honolulu center in Aloha From Hawaii where he signaled the Hang Loose sign. I was 5 years old being present there. 44 years later I met my wife with the same feeling for. Elvis. And to seal our love I bought the hands hang loose.

I bought the S/Silver 10mm sealife bangle. Staff readily answered my online queries before purchase and then I got it shipped to the UK. The tracking was really helpful so I could see it's shipping progress. Love the bangle! It is so much better in real life and I have had many compliments. Thank you for great service and a lovely bangle. :)

Loved the fact that I was updated regularly on my order. From the time the order was placed, the actual shipment and arrival, I was always updated. Shipping was very cost effective and order was received in a timely manner considering it was shipped to the east coast!

I hadn't heard of Arthur's Jewelry prior to searching for simple rose gold chains. When I found this store and was impressed with the pricing, I did a quick Google search to make sure there were positive reviews. My purchase was shipped the next business day and arrived via USPS Priority Mail just a few days later. I will absolutely shop here again next time I'm in the market for quality gold jewelry.

The only issue I had with purchasing from this site was I did not get a confirmation of the order until they shipped it which was a few days after the order. It would be nice to get a confirmation of the order when placed so I knew the order was in the works

I was very skeptical about ordering online but I have been wanting it since my hawaiian bangle was lost or stolen in 2000. I ordered and so glad I did! They customized my bangle in recieved it in 3 days to Colorado. He also called to double check my measurements. Mahalo!

My first purchase was through Amazon. I bought a Kuuipo ring and loved it so much that I went to their online store and found a matching bracelet. There was an issue with the tracking number but that was resolved quickly through email. I can't wait to see the bracelet. I highly recommend this store.

Beautiful craftsmanship on both items I purchased. A bracelet and matching earrings. I bought the bracelet on the island of Maui. Purchased the matching earrings when I got home. They came very quickly.

I really like all of Arthur's jewelry. The cross I purchased was finely crafted and couldn't be happier with it. Arthur's safety packed and shipped it very fast. I'll diffidently be a return customer.

I live in orange country area, so I was not sure what kind of wedding band I wanted, since I am ordering from Hawaii. So far I have bought 2 yellow gold rings at different times to get an idea of the style and size I needed. I am in love with the last ring n style, I am now going to order the style I love in 14k gold. I am so satisfied with my rings and service.

I paid for 2-day or perhaps next day shipping and didn't get my item until 2 weeks later. The tracker said the item hadn't been shipped. The item was just what I wanted, the only thing is, I wish I hadn't paid for that 2-day shipping because I didn't get it on time. I also keep getting emails to write a review, so that's why I am writing this.
