Arthur's Jewelry

I purchased a coral ring for our 35th wedding anniversary two month in advance of the special day (I rarely do this!). My Wife loved the ring and wore it often in the following week until the coral stone fell off. The setting looks undamaged so I contacted Arthur's via their website for repair guidance. Two weeks have gone by with no response and I was debating what to do next when I read the fine print about returns and exchanges. 30 days from the purchase date seems ridiculous given the time required for delivery. The fact that I received no response was even more disappointing. They have nice merchandise but I won't be a customer in the future.

I have received no shipping details and haven't received the item as of the date I was told it would arrive. Don't see any way to find out when it will arrive or if it will arrive.

I have placed a couple of orders with Arthur's and have been totally happy with what I received. I feel the prices are very fair for the quality & craftsmanship of all the pieces I have ordered. We were just in Hawaii for a short vacation, but what I saw at the Aloha stadium was junky and alot of times tarnished and of bad quality (I know...one can't expect alot at a flea-market setting 🤷‍) ABC Stores have a ton of low quality inexpensive trinkets & jewelry and what I liked in other jewelry stores was rather on the high-end side. If your looking for nice quality pieces at reasonable pricing...I suggest Arthur's...you won't regret it!

I ordered a 4. I received a 4.5. It ended up to fit another finger so I just kept it. I will be ordering from you again, your jewelery is beattiful! But please send the correct size. Thank you!

I paid for 2-day or perhaps next day shipping and didn't get my item until 2 weeks later. The tracker said the item hadn't been shipped. The item was just what I wanted, the only thing is, I wish I hadn't paid for that 2-day shipping because I didn't get it on time. I also keep getting emails to write a review, so that's why I am writing this.

Finally found my ring! 12mm Hawaiian Plumeria Ring. I choose the edge style. Gives it a great pop! Very Comfortable & Beautiful!

I have purchased so much jewellery from this place & always had great service. However my experience this time was horrible. The tracking on my package hasn't moved in 5 days but they refuse to do anything. They said to WAIT 21 DAYS for my order to arrive. Ridiculous, did even offer a partial discount for the delay - siting slow delivery except for the fact that I'm an eBay seller & know that shipments have NOT been moving slow at all. I'd never order from this joke of an establishment again. No Aloha in their spirit.

I came across this pendent somewhere else but when I went to place the order it was out of stock. I did some research and found the same pendent at Arthur's Jewely BUT half the price of the other store! The ordering process was fast and easy and my BEAUTIFUL new pendent is even more beautiful in person, and was delivered to my home in less than a week. It may be my fault for not reading size of the earrings but they are very very small…look like a child's earring.

Quick shipping and item was just as advertised. My son gave me one just like this for Christmas a few years ago but I lost it recently.

Items are very nice but not the size I expected. They are for a child. I believe I measured according to the given measurements. These are nice but need to be about three times bigger. Would not buy from this vendor again.
