Not only do they take nearly a month to ship any ordered product, but their team provides zero insight or updates on your order. If you happen to actually have your order ship they are almost always never a complete shipment or missing product that was ordered and stated to have been shipped. I love the idea that this is backing the animals and money does go to a good cause. Value of that does not make up for the horrible experience you will encounter, when you can donate that money directly to the same or similar cause and likely print your own shirt with a better quality.
I ordered 2 shirts and a mask. My credit card was charged immediately. A partial shipment was received quickly but the mask was missing. The invoice said all items were in the package. Not really. Emailed them and only response was to say they were a small company and they would respond when they could. It has been 6 weeks and 2 emails to them with no response. Beware if you are looking to place an order. Customer service is non existent.
Ordered 3 masks. Took over 3 weeks to receive my order and they only sent 1 mask. The same day I received an email saying my order had been fulfilled, which was a lie! Have tried contacting them but I only get an auto reply email.
I am still not sure which is worse. The lack of quality of the t-shirts I was sent or the level of customer service this company provides. One shirt you can see the t-shirt material showing through and the other the image is already peeling all over. Do not purchase from this company.
I ordered a bunch of items and I only received 1 thing. I told them and they said it looks like it was all delivered. I informed them I did not receive my full order and they never responded back to me. I spent about 100$ and now it's gone because I got the smallest purchased item. I will never go here again. I was excited to wear these and support a good cause. The mask I got too was super thin and cheap feeling for about 20$. I just wanted the rest of my order. Very disappointed.
I've always been a HUGE advocate for "anti-animal cruelty." In fact, the shirt that had that statement was the first thing I bought from Arm the Animals. After that, I fell in love. A certain percentage of proceeds goes to No Kill Shelters and I think that's the best of all. This site inspired me to get a rescue rabbit from a No Kill Shelter and she's now like my child. I love how much this site inspires, loves, and cares for people. The quality it great, the shipping is at a "can't beat" price, and the products fit as promised. I can't say enough good things about this company! (I actually have a necklace from Arm the Animals on as I type this)
I bought 3 XL t-shirts from Arm The Animals as I like the cause they defend and their designs are pretty cool. First, they took ages to ship my order and when I finally received it, two of the t-shirts fit perfectly, strangely the third one was way much larger than the two others. Although it was tagged as XL, it was clearly XXL if not XXXL as I could simply wear it as a pyjama. I contacted ATA and asked if I could return it and swap it for the exact same t-shirt but the size below (aka Large) and their only reply was:
"Unfortunately Bart I am unable to exchange for this item is final sale."
So, I'm stuck with an "XL t-shirt" that clearly is way larger that I won't be able to wear and they couldn't care less.
I guess my first order will also be the last one! They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction from the moment they took your money! I'll defo buy somewhere else, there are many similar causes around with way better customer service.
I've ordered from ATA a handful of times. The shipping is a little slow, but that was ok with me in support of the small business and their mission. However this most recent order will be my last. I placed the order on 11/7 and was told it would arrive in 8-10 business days. That deadline came and went with no order. I reached out to customer service multiple times; Natalie was completely unhelpful and refused to honor my request of partial refund for the inconvenience. On 1/5, I received an email that my order was finally shipped. Awful experience. I will not order from them again.
I was shipped the wrong order and have sent 4 emails over the last 6 weeks with zero response. Basically a big FU. The product I ordered and paid for was more expensive then the product they sent me but whatever lesson learned I will just donate money to a real charity and not try to order a product to help.
Shipping takes forever but I'm really happy with the product. I've never tried to contact customer service so I have no comments about that. Just had patience and eventually my shirts, hoodies and stickers arrived perfectly. I would order from them again.
A months wait for 2 shirts that are too small to fit my dog. Admittedly; I failed to notice one of my shirts was somehow swapped from a men's large to a men's small somewhere in the checkout process and that's my own mistake, but I'm still not pleased with the other shirt. All the catchy slogans and fun graphics in the world can't salvage badly made products. The large shirt would be too tight on a scrawny adolescent but I'm an 18 stone, 183 cm mechanic. I ordered a shirt, not a bra.
Placed an order and received it fairly quickly. However, I ordered two shirts as gifts with very different sizes and patterns. They reversed the sizes thereby making the shirts unusable as gifts. I. have tried multiple times to email them with only an automated response back. Save your money. Support other small businesses.

This is why companies should be required to list their county of origin. They are probably from CHINA, who had stolen millions from purchasing America's over the past few months and never ship product.
I ordered a jaguar shirt from them a while ago that they no longer sell, and the proportions were not the best and it shrunk in the dryer. It didn't fit my arms and was very square. Also really thin fabric. They also charge you out the $#*! for every piece of clothing and then mark things on sale every day to make people think they're getting a good deal. Youre not.
Some of their designs are kind of ghetto looking and so not worth the money. Find a better company to support that aids animals.
This company is absolutely terrible with customer support, I ordered two tees that were apparently "half off" and then got 12 dollar shipping lmao. I sent the order early August and it was supposed to ship but 3 weeks after than it never shipped to that address even though it said it did, I contacted support and I didn't even get a response not even automated message. Just an outright scam I bet the shorts are dog$#*! anyways
After waiting for 4-6 weeks for order (yes, I'm allowing for Covid), I only received part of my order. Three emails to the address given with no personal reply, just automated. They were quick to process my payment though! Plenty of other sites; don't waste your time with this one.

I couldn't figure out what the culprit was when my pillow cases turned blue, but when my husband's underwear came out with a pink tint I figured i needed to investigate. Yeah. Revenge of the Animals. It's too bad because I really liked both my oversized t-shirts, and now I need to contact several people that I gave these to for Christmas and let them know to wash these separately.
Spent 70+ dollars on this site, never got anything but one sticker. I reached out to then several times, but all I got were automatic responses. Never got anything else or my money back. This site is a scam. If you want to help just donate to your local humane.
Ordered twice from them. First order I made a size mistake on one of two sweat shirts. Noticed error within 30 minutes of placing order. E-mailed them immediately and received no response. Tried 6 more times, no response. Received the item after 30 days with the incorrect size. Contacted them to exchange no response. Second order was for two sweat shirts, again about 30 days to receive. One was. Correct, the second was blank, just a white sweat shirt. Contacted them immediately, again nothing. Will not make this mistake again. Buyer beware!
