I'm very happy to get my new iPhone 14 pro, and I needed a good case to protect it. My friend introduced ARMOR-X cases, they have many styles of cases. I ordered a case and the shippment was fast, it arrived in a few days after I made the payment. The case is 100% the same as described. Easy to install and seems solid built, hope it does a great job.

My iPad case arrived in time, thanks to ship the case as soon as I made the payment. I was worried I might not get the case before I moved to another city, but luckily the case came in time. Thanks again.

This company is basically out to fleece you. They have abysmal customer service. You'll notice thier website doesn't even post an email address or phone number. And thier live chat window isnt manned. The goods actually come from the far East so if you need to return them you have to send them recorded and signed for delivery to Hong Kong which will cost you upwards of £20. The refund is then only given if they deem it appropriate and even then it won't be a full refund.

Trying to deal with them is like shouting at a tree. If you do manage to get a response from them (somehow) the answer is usually ambiguous and only half answer

Quite apart from this the poor quality of manfacture means you WILL want your money back

This company lacks integrity, morals and any honour. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Bought a rugged case for my Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra with few clip on attachments. One of the attachments simply broke during replacement, and they refuse to honor the warranty.

Piece of expensive rubbish plastic.

Paid for express shipping and WEEKS later, company sends me multiple scripted emails saying it shipped while their OWN tracking link to USPS indicates the company has not yet shipped/dropped the item at the post office.

MULTIPLE REQUESTS for a /cancellation and refund have been met with their RIDICULOUS "no cancellations after 12 hours" (WTH?) and please wait a few more weeks. This company has the WORST customer service... period.

I have disputed my purchase with my bank. DO NOT BUY!

Owned case for only 4 months. They warranty it for 1 year. At 70 I figured the product quality and customer service would be good. However. Not the case. There is a thin film over the fingerprint sensor that has torn, the plug for the headphone jack ripped, the case cracked at that same location. It is no longer water proof and they have refused to replace it, providing only a code for 10%off of my next order. But they can't even honor my first purchase. Why would anyone purchase another. Recommend finding a different company.

Purchased iPhone case, piece of junk that is sold for about $3.00 on Alibaba. Tried to return but they want it shipped to Hong Kong even though it was originally shipped from NJ. Shipping cost is about $28.00, plus US Customs paperwork. PLUS, Charge back credit card $15.00 for and handling, PLUS charge 25% restocking fee. It would cost me 73% of what I paid to return it! They know this, so you won't return it and have to keep it. Tried disputing with credit card company but they fight it so you will give up! They use third-party card payment company, so they are not even an approved merchant with credit card company. SCAM with a nice web site. Buy a case through Amazon where you know you will be protected! Instead of this junk, I ordered a LifeProof case from LifeProof (Otter) and that is a great product!

Armor-X has a flashy web site but the everything else is bad. Both the product and customer service. I ordered their whole system and the mount broke after just a couple weeks of use. Everything I ordered was made of incredibly cheap plastic. I tried to get Armor-X to send me a replacement and did not have success. Nothing can be returned. I should have researched this product before ordering. They are not listed on Amazon for good reason. Their product isn't worthy. It would most likely be returned. It's advised to avoid purchasing anything from this company.

I bought this item to protect my Find X phone from accidental damage, I'm pretty good with my phone so not really at risk of much damage at all. Within 3 weeks, one of the little plastic guides that keep the sliding part of the cover aligned, snapped off, then a few days later the second did as well. This is not such an issue as the moving part of the cover is magnetized to the moving camera carriage so it stays on pretty well.

A month in and on of the clips at the other end has broken. This is an issue as it holds the bottom art of the case onto the main part, now the bottom is flapping around.

The price is good, and there are not a lot of options for rugged cases for this phone, but the quality is rubbish. DO not waste your money on this product.

Product works great just as advertised. I use it on my job and its really a sturdy product. They replied quickly for all my questions, thanks for the patience.

This is a great case. The rotating kickstand is fantastic and the hand strap is large enough to accommodate my hands without making the unit feel bulky.

The case just like an armor, very sturdy, I use my iPad frequestly for work while on the go, this is the best I found. Very durable, convenient to use.

The case protects my tablet and I love the hand strap on the back, it makes me feel good holding the tablet. The hand strap, kickstand, and shoulder strap are great additional features.

The case is easy to put in, durable and fast delivery. Great protection for my galaxy tab A8, I like this rugged case!

I've had the phone case for a couple of weeks and it appears to be pretty sturdy. Nice design, love it.

The waterproof case protects my iPad air 2022 perfectly, I like the X-mount design, very useful in daily life.
