When they promised you the date to update, they went missing without informing. Such as holiday next Monday, they will only inform u on Tuesday after their holiday. And after asking them to inform ahead, they did the same and went missing with the reason of "off for 4 days" without informing.

They selling system which they are unfamiliar. Never integrate before too. Refer to my printscreen. When ask for refund, they informed no refund policy.
