Appreciated the lower shipping costs. Most other stores charged double that

I found several coupons for first order discounts that were supposed to be valid and none of them would apply. Disappointed. Also, there was a very obvious seam in the pediment that we had to fill and sand. That's why the quality rating was lower.

The medallion is very nice. The only problem I have is that the opening is too large for what I need. I hope to find another use for it. I haven't yet checked into your return policy.

I only had to click twice to find exactly what I needed. Very easy website to maneuver. And easy to order without having to set up an account. It came quickly and very well packaged. There was no damage to the product and it was exactly as pictured on the website. It took paint very well and now that it's installed, it is beautiful!
