Nice shutters great price
I would suggest you add a "return to" at the cart "screen" to continue shopping. I learned to use the return arrow at the top of the page to get back to order more shutters of different sizes. I like the shutters I ordered. Very reasonable price, easy to install and such an improvement to the house's "curb appeal".
I will gladly buy from architectural depot again. I have received many compliments on the new shutters from the neighbors.

Quick & easy
Alls well that ends well. I did not receive my initial order and it took several phone calls to get a replacement. But it shipped guickly thereafter and i love the medallion!

It was very straight forward.
The shutters are priced low. I had to return 4 of the 8 pairs I bought b/c I got the wrong size. Customer service did not walk me through what to do with the return, other than to say "it's all on the email you'll get".
It also took a long time to get me a return number to put on the shutters, though the customer service rep. Said that was the factories fault.
I have been looking for scroll for days and hours. Web site after web site. Then 2 weeks later I found you. I just they fit on the arm support. I should be able to put them on it and tell if they fit. Unopened and the same as I received them. So if they don't fit I can return. Thank you
Customer service was odd, they sent many emails after the purchase but no one responded to my email that I sent prior to purchase.
