When I ordered these brackets, I was under the impression that they would be shipped in just a few days. When I called in early February to find out what was going on I was told by you rep that they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. He never got back to me. Finally, after almost 1 month the brackets showed up. This has caused a delay in the completion of the project these were needed for.
