I am pleased with the packaging. Very well packaged for shipping.
I find that because I am in Canada, there is a delay in shipping because of shipping costs that is not factored in on the online ordering. I have purchased a few different times from architectural depot, and because they have trouble with this delay, my order did not get processed properly. It took a few months to arrive.
Having said that, Architectural Depot was very prompt at getting my order to me once the it was fixed!
