Range of choices is great and prices are right. The only thing that confused me is that samples are shipped for free and actual items are delivered with standard rates.

We got exactly what we ordered. The product was large so it required special delivery. The delivery service was great and stayed in touch throughout. I am so gratedul!
Could have a better selection choices to narrow down product, web page product search too much of a hassle. I was trying to purchase some more of a product I have purchased before, but in a different size.
When looking a 1 shutter, it would be nice to see the full size ranges of a product.

Only reason for lower rating was lack of communication. When I purchased on 4/6
The website said ships 24-72 hours. My confirmation email said est delivery 4/8. Days later I received email saying est delivery 5/1. I initiated email to be told a few days later that product was backordered with manufacturer, which I understand considering Covid-19 was rearing its ugly head. A few days later received another email stating est delivery 5/15. Then the items were delivered at end of April without a heads up but definitely a pleasant surprise.
Product was good - as ordered. I am not a fan of the button coverings for the shutter screws - very difficult to snap. Also had some shipping damage on one shutter. Not the fault of Architectural Depot.

Excellent site and easy to find what I needed at a fair price!. High quality shutters came on time and well protected. The finish was outstanding too. Even though I didn't need it, I really appreciated the included small container of touch up paint!
