We had never used Arangrant before and were referred to Quinn to use, we used Quinn to book our European trip as he was very patient with us and got what we were looking for with respect to the fare and airline of our choice!
In searching for competitive business class fares to Europe we were able to find that with Arrangrant and their agent Quinn as he was able to secure a great rate fare and he was professional,patient with our needs. Highly recommended!
The absolute worst travel agents. We booked through them for a recent European trip strictly to have a TA available in case we needed them. When it turned out we did need them, they refused to help. REFUSED being the operative word. The airline was more than happy to help but could not deal with us directly because we had used a travel agency. When we relayed the information to these horrible people we were told there was nothing to be done on their end. After multiple phone calls to arangrant to escalate (shocked that they were lying to us as we knew that in fact something COULD be done) we were told that "according to our team there is no reason to contact the airline".
When pressed they admitted that they had not even TRIED to contact Lufthansa and would not because it "would affect their ability to provide service to others". What?!? So unless you want to pay $$$$ for last minute return tickets out of your own pocket do not do business with these people. Once they have their money they will do nothing to help. If I had booked on my own I would have been much better off.

I give five stars for the excellent service I received when I wanted to swap my ticket.
Our booking experience was excellent, and all of our expectations were met.
Working with Marisa at Arangrant was easy. We quickly managed to find suitable tickets for me and my friends. We planned a beautiful trip to Tenerife.
We bought tickets through them and they also sold us flight insurance. The flights to our destination (Baltic States) were ok.
When there was less than a week time to go back home to New York, we received an email from the air company that they canceled our flight. No explanation. We didn't really worry because things like that happen but that's why you buy insurance so the situation would be resolved.
No, this company also sent us an email that they are sorry for the inconvenience. They also sent several meaningless emails. The insurance happened to be as fraudulent as this company is.
Ever tried to book a flight 5-6 days before the flight?
The choices were almost nonexistent and the prices astronomical for one way flight.
This company offered nothing.
Also later on, after I already paid them, I found out that the price we paid them was slightly higher than in Google flights.
Of course. No miracles. They took the Google flights price, added their fees, cost of nonexistent insurance and this is how they make their living.
Fraud, fraud, fraud.

Learn from my mistakes! Do not use this company! They will be incredibly unhelpful, and they sell unethical tickets that WILL cause you trouble!
Their business class tickets are also semi fraudulent. They won't give you free luggage, or lounges, so you're really only paying for your seat, not the whole experience. I booked a flight from London to San diego, my first flight was a fraudulent business class ticket, I had to paid for my baggage, no lounge use, no priority. My second leg was economy with zero upgrades or anything included.
If you have to contact customer good luck. They didn't return my calls for 3 days, and their support staff were international and couldn't understand my issue. Instead they were agressive and unhelpful and hung up on me multiple times. I wanted to cancel my second flight but they couldn't because it was part of my first flight, even though I had a 20 hour layover. When I called, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive.
Seriously, I don't know how anyone has had a good experience. I think all these reviews must also be fraudulent.

I purchased two business class tickets to LHR and when I called to confirm they had booked me a day later then needed. They made the mistake and then told me that they could not fix?
I will never ever book a flight with them. They collected money from me for two first class tickets to Europe. The airline canceled the flight and booked us two economy class tickets( bc they sold our first class seats the last minute, much more expensive). I asked for the refund, the difference between First and economy class. They never helped me and told me to contact the airline to get my money. After days and weeks of going back and forth, the airline sent $143/ ticket refund ( we all know that is not the difference between First class and economy class) TO AGANGRANT and not me. They kept the money for months and never told me about it until I found out. I also paid $700 something for insurance when I booked the trip but they said that doesn't work if the airline cancels. They are fraud and I will stay away from them! This was the second time I booked my trips with them. The first time everything was smooth with no problem. But if there is any problem your money will be wasted! I paid extra money to the agency to avoid any problems but I lost my money dealing with them

I needed to cancel an international flight I had booked with AramGrant. I called over a week before my flight and canceled, since I had purchased insurance I requested a refund. I was told that even with insurance I would need a letter from my doctor stating that the cancellation was due to a health problem. The alternative would be to receive a credit voucher with the airlines for a future flight. In fact, the cancellation was due to a health issue and I knew my doctor would write a letter. I explained the situation to the agent, telling him my doctor was in the US, and asked him how I would go about submitting the letter. He said I would receive a call, I never did. He went through the steps and indicated that the flight was cancelled. The flight was today with one leg on British Air and another with American. I called both airlines to confirm the cancellation and both replied that was the case. When I called AramGrant once again to find out how to submit my refund request with my doctors letter, I was told that I missed the flight so neither a refund or voucher would be possible, they denied that I had canceled. Both airlines had told me that only the booking company could cancel my reservation and, as mentioned, both airlines confirmed the cancellation. AramGrant insists I did not cancel and because I missed the flight I am due no compensation. When I asked to. Speak to a supervisor I was assured of a call back, it never came. This is not a reputable company.

Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
