I had a terrible experience with them. My appliances arrived over 2 months late and one was damaged. I ended up missing out on rebates of about $400 because of how late they arrived. After contacting them, they were going to send me an extended warranty to try to compensate me for the lost rebates however they don't have any record of the warranty and it appears the warranty was only for 1 appliance with a value of $50 anyway. I would highly recommend you stay away from them.
Hi we bought 2 stack washer dryer i sign paper work didnt read well, delivary came as a 4 dryer so they took back now i am talking to customer service they asking $1200 shipping fee and after all they charge me $500 on my card they try to steal each dollar from you never ever buy from this company i am posting on my business group also all social media my all hotelier friend will never using you for sure... Awful company I ordered a Refrigarator then found out I had insurance on mine immediately called and cancel the order. They put all my money except $400 back on my card! I called sent emails of early cancelled item they refused to give me my money back. I did not even get a thing from them this company sux and want be in business long if they keep treating customers like this.):

Houzz was in contact with the the company and they worked it out, we had couple of options and choose the one which worked best for us and we are very happy with the outcome. Overall Appliances Connection is a good company by trying to solve the problem ASAP. They even contacted us directly, but we let Houzz handle it. We are happy with the outcome
We ordered Butler Heritage Collection Foyer from Appliances Connection through Houzz website on Dec 29,2017. It was supposed to be delivered by Jan 23 - Mar 2, and then it was changed to January 22 - February 4. The new estimated delivery date is 3/7/2018 so havent received it yet. They did not even email or call me regarding the second change.
The money was taken out of my account on 1/27/2018. This is not professional, it is not acceptable.
Finally we received the item yesterday 3/162018. Top part is fortunately OK, BUT there are lots of broken spots on the base/lets of the table. I wish i could add pictures here.
Bought a Kitchen fan. It arrived damaged and I immediately contacted the firm. They took almost three weeks to get the product picked up and returned to them. They delayed the picked up and blamed it on a dispute with fedx. Very little focus on customer service as the kept delaying the pick after multiple calls and emails on my side. I would never purchase from this firm. Bought next fan elsewhere.

Not only were damaged goods delivered but they were the wrong washer and dryer... they were both different colors with giant scratches up the side. Spent several days on hold and when they finally did talk to me they apparently could not see any issues... Buy from somewhere else

Nightmare experience! I received a damaged product. After SIX weeks of back & forth messages with their God awful customer service, I finally gave up on receiving a replacement & told them to refund my money! I'm guessing this is also going to be a huge hassle trying to get back my $300. Buyer beware, Appliance Connection is shady as hell!

I have really tried to avoid leaving a bad review about Appliance Connection (AC), but I don't see where I have any more choices. I purchased a chair to match the one I already had from there last week. Upon doing so I notice that the website stated that AC would match or beat any price, since I had purchased the same chair from a different place for $85.00, I contacted AC about getting a reduced price for the chair I purchased from them for $127.00. I was told to send proof of purchase, which I did and I also sent links to websites advertising the same chair for almost half the price. I received a response from AC stating that they were offering me a $50.00 store credit, I responding to the email and told them I was not interested in a store credit, I would like the $50.00 refunded back to me. I did not receive a response until I sent two more emails. They responded telling me they could only offer me a store credit. So I telephoned them and that's where everything went from bad to worst. I spoke with a guy named Maerr #2056. He was rude, condescending and basically implied that my receipt and pictures were inadequate. (This was confusing since they were adequate for a store credit but not for a refund). I do not like confrontation or arguing with insolent individuals. In fact I was very shocked that someone with such rude behavior not only was working in customer service, but also a manager. I guess now I have to accept that I have been ripped off by purchasing a very over priced chair. This has been a costly lesson and I will never do business or recommend this company again. Obviously "meet or beat any price" means nothing.

HORRIBLE customer service! Very RUDE and IMPOLITE and they just don't stop during the conversations. This business is not worth my money or savings. They are rude in everything they do and say. I was ready to purchase and the rep was just mean and disrespectful. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said, " he is not here!", I asked again to talk to his supervisor and he then says "ok, you want to speak to him, I'll get him for you, I'll get him for you, I'll get him for you" I think he repeated this words likes 10 times.
Future customers, think before purchasing from them. I can only imagine if you have issues with a purchase or order, they will be just as rude and disrespectful and would not fix the issue. So instead of saving some pennies, go with a different company and save yourself some stress and money in the long run.

Don't get sucked in to the price. Best to pay a few dollars extra from your local vender. My fridge broke - ordered a new one from Appliance Connect, they said it was available. Soon as the money cleared and order receipt came through (which is immediate), it stated "not available". Available date kept pushing- one week then two then three. Finally shipped with estimate date by shipping company (with a note saying this is the latest date it will deliver). That latest date came and went. Finally one week over that date I get a text notice in the afternoon that it will be delivered next morning. I was out of town and there's no way to change the date/time as it's all automated! Attempt was made and now another week before next attempt. My neighbor was standing by to let them in but they didn't even call. I'd easily pay the extra to a local vender who has one in stock or is at least less "automated" and more reliable and communicative. Six weeks weight for a standard fridge with abysmal communications of when it's going to be delivered. Not worth the hassle.

It has taken four weeks and countless unpleasant interactions with this company's surly representatives to get any kind of progress update on my order. I initiated a fraud chargeback with my credit card a week ago, after I got tired of being jerked around and gave up hope that they'd even shipped anything. Today I got a call telling my my washer was being delivered sometime in a five-hour window tomorrow. Which isn't going to work. Obviously, because I have a job, like most people. This company obviously drop-ships, they have no idea what they have in stock or when it will arrive, and furthermore they don't care. AVOID.

Still waiting on my couch delivery. 5 weeks now. I called and they stated 1.5 weeks longer. That could mean anything to this company. Spend the extra money and buy locally. I added white glove delivery service for $50. Hopefully, the furniture doesnt come damaged. Forget about returning it. They charge you 10% restock plus shipping both ways. I spent $1300 on the furniture. To cancel would have cost me well over $700. So stuck without a couch still. Did I mention their finance company pulled their first payment from my bank account. Nice, considering I am paying for a product I havent received yet.
So fed up... buy local, deliver local. This place is not worth any savings you might get.

I purchased a microwave oven and the installation trim kit. Upon arrival and inspection the trim kit did not fit the microwave. Enclosed in the kit was an email from a previous customer stating the item was being returned because it did not fit the microwave, I contacted the customer service on four separate occasions to get a return shipping label to return the trim kit for replacement. After several excuses and a threat of contacting the BBB the label was finally emailed. It was obvious the kit had been used as parts were simply thrown back in the box and the box never opened, simply turned around and sent to me. I returned the kit and it has been four days since it was received by them, They now tell me a replacement kit will be shipped as soon as the item has been scanned in and reviewed. Almost a month total has gone by since I informed them of the problem and I am still awaiting on them to ship the replacement. If you need an appliance, buy it anywhere else than from these people, They are slow, offer poor service and misslabeled merchandise.

Do NOT order from this company. I received a damaged wine refrigerator and immediately contacted customer service. They asks for pics and said they would file a claim and either issue a refund or an exchange. After no word for a week I contacted them again. They asks for pictures again and I resent the pics. This went on for 3 weeks. I then contacted UPS myself to file a claim only to find out that ApplianceConnection had already filed a claim and had been reimbursed for the wine refrigerator and shipping charges. I contacted them and was told that I would have to pay shipping charges and return the refrigerator myself in order to get a refund. The shipping charges for me to send it back are astronomical. They kept the money paid by UPS and left me with a worthless wine refrigerator.

So far waited 6 weeks, at least another 2 weeks to go! Status "shipped" means nothing. They didnt even have item in stock, much less shipped. 6 weeks after ordering, 1 piece (a range) of a set of 4 appliances still not in stock. The other 3 have been picked up from NY by trucking company & sent via NJ to sit in a warehouse in NC. I havent recieved so wanted to cancel & buy locally. They say once shipped i will be charged by the pound for return shipping & a restocking fee. They promise priority shipping, but trucking company says they dont offer that. They promised refund of "white glove delivery" charges, but havent seen. Will say anything to get you off the phone. The latest is that it will take a minimum of 2 more weeks to get the range. The other 3 pieces should come tomorrow, if not must wait a week cuz the only deliver to my area 1x a week. Beware: i stumbled upon the fact that the refrigerator item # changed from what i ordered to what was on email saying (all) had shipped. Evidently they couldnt get that fridge, did not have it in stock, so swapped it for a different model without telling me!

I recently ordered a sofa from appliance connection. On their website it was listed as 'available' (it is still showing as they have it in stock). For two weeks I was not able to get any information on the expected delivery date and when they finally get back to me on that they informed me the sofa will be delivered in mid august (the earliest). I have waited another week to get my money back. Total waste of time. Not recommended.

There was a big problem with shipping our order and I was seriously frustrated and told the phone agent that. Well to my surprise the next day I get a phone call from a manager who gave me more detail about what had happened and what they were going to do to make it right. This was a huge shocker to me and while I havent received the product yet the attempt on their part is a huge difference.

Ordered a table that was "available" after ordering and paying for it get an email saying it is 3 weeks ETA to ship. Well we really want the table so we wait. In the mean time we get rid of our other table get the chairs we want shipped they are here and waiting for the table. On the date of the ETA to ship the date changes another 3 weeks away. This seems to be common for them we are cancelling our order.
Couch showed up damaged - they told us repeatedly for 4 months they would replace it at no charge. After we called several times they told us the item was discontinued and would only give a partial credit. We were strung along for months and now have a sectional with a broken middle part.

I waited 2 months for a couch and loveseat that stated it would arrive in 3 weeks. When it finally did arrive it was damaged and the damage was that the couch bed wasn't attached to the frame and since we didn't use it right away we didn't notice. When i contacted them they were rude and only offered 10% back or I could pay 350 in shipping to return the couch which I thought was ridiculous. I accepted the 10% because what other option did I really have and then they only gave me 10% of the loveseat not the couch. I am still trying to get the rest of it 4 months later. Worst company ever. I will never order from them again!

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
