The price is indeed unbeatable, but i think that is all the good thing you can said about the company. Please remember, if anything goes wrong, you are screwed.
I ordered the gas cooktop on June 26th.
First of all, their shipping estimate is incorrect. Sure, it is fine. It is an estimate anyways. But it is not fine after it is already pass the original estimated day and they didnt even contact me nor update it on their website. I had to call in to get an update for the new estimate. After I called, they told me it was going to be delayed by another week and they updated it online.
Another week has passed, their website start showing the package is pending to be picked up. Then I waited for a couple more days. Still shows pending to pick up, then I started my daily calls to them and request for update. All 4 representative I talked to gave me different excuses ( item damage, you are still on the waiting list... etc) and all promised to get back to me within 24-48 hours. This goes on for a week and half.
At the end, after one month I placed my order, I decided to cancel my order. However, when I called, they said they cannot cancel my order because the order is shipped. Then I simply asked, if the order is shipped, can you please let me where it is? Of course, they cant, but still refuse to give me the money back.
Such a terrible experience. Poor customer service that never follow up nor give honest answer.
Got a great price on a garbage disposal. Item arrived damaged, clearly was an opened item that was not repackaged properly and sold as if it was new. I actually think that's illegal.
I placed an order on Feb 2nd, It arrived clearly damaged (and a week late) and I filed a claim to return it. They asked for photos, I sent them photos at least 4 times and they kept asking for photos. It got to the point where I filed a dispute with my credit card company because it had been months trying to get a refund and they were doing nothing to resolve my issue except send me weekly automated emails that they "have not forgotten me". They eventually agreed to give me a refund once I close the dispute with my CC company. The dispute has now been closed for abour a month and I still don't' have a refund,. I finally look into it and found the ticked was closed and they would have done NOTHING else, including refunding my purchase. They now tell me it will take 6 more weeks to issue the refund. Are you kidding me, 6 weeks to issue a refund?!? Most stores do it on the spot.
It's now July 20th and I still don't have this resolved, it looks like it's going to be at least another month. I honestly think they are trying to wear me out so I will just give up and they will never refund me.
This has been the worse customer experience I have had in as long as I can remember, and I'm in my 40's!.
If you have everything go perfectly, it's a decent deal, but if not, it will suck up hours of your time trying to rectify the problem. To me, my time is more valuable and I'd rather pay the extra $10 and go with a more reputable company.
I received a great deal through Appliances Connections. That is where the good news stops. It was an awful deal in the long run.
My LG refrigerator arrived 3 weeks later after much poor communication on the delivery date & time. Upon unpacking & inspection (which they require you to do upon delivery) we noticed the bottom freezer drawer did not close properly. I phoned Appliances Connections.
I was told they would start a service ticket, to continue unpacking, plugging in, setting up and using the refrigerator. Appliances Connection apparently filled out the LG registration for me at that point (I later learned) which did not allow me to return the refrigerator at all to Appliances Connection.
This all occured within a few hours of delivery.
I have had this refrigerator for 8 months and the bottom drawer still does not close properly. Appliances Connection started a service ticket with LG on day one and I have only been able to deal with LG since then. Appliances Connection would keep telling me to contact LG. LG has sent 2 separate repair companies out 7 times replacing all possible parts yet the freezer drawer does not close properly.
LG now claims it is normal and there is nothing they can do. I have videos of the exact floor model at a local store working correctly.
BUYER BEWARE! ~Avoid Appliances Connection and LG products.~

My order # ******* was delivered today on 17th July 2018 morning around 10:30 am.
The delivery guy was rude and scratched the floor and not helpful. Talked rude to my wife.
It has scratches on the sofa at 2 places and are very noticeable.
The delivery Driver was notified of the damage and he took pictures and made a note of it as well.

Sent me a broken cooktop in April. They have it back after I had to pay shipping. They have still not refunded the money July 10). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Crooks!
It really takes a horrible experience for me to complain, notify the management team or warn people of a bad business. This company is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I purchased just under $1,000 of product from Appliances Connection that was advertised on their website as ready to ship in 1-2 business days. It's been a full month and we haven't yet received any of the items. After contacting their "customer service" line and holding for well over 45 minutes, the call is disconnected, I call back, am asked to hold for another 15 and get disconnected again. Finally after about two hours of delay, the supervisor, Calvin, proceeds to return my call and before even saying hello and the formalities of talking to another human, HE begins chewing ME OUT before I even ask for any resolution or update on my order. WHAAATTT!
All in all, he just reiterated it's my fault that I chose to order from that company and enter my credit card to purchase this product. He said he would take me to court for 180 days if I didn't accept the order (whenever it showed up)... How about THAT for customer service?
Ultimately, this company is completely rude, false advertises availability of items in their inventory, then offers nothing in return for all of the time you spend waiting for the products that were schedule to ship in 1-2 days.
I read reviews and foolishly thought, "that's an isolated incident". They'll take your money and keep telling you that your furniture is pending. Then they'll give you a date and push it out two months later. I ordered furniture in May and they told me two weeks then told me end of June, then July 9th, then they told me July 31st. When you call them (several times) and tell them that they never updated the shipping info, they'll delete the ETA from the site and just say "Furniture will arrive soon. TBD". They play the waiting game. Please beware! It's not worth the hassle. The furniture is less than all the competitors but for good reason - you'll never receive it and have to wait longer than 2 months just for your order. Save your money! I'm going to buy it off a real site and receive the funiture in less than two weeks. Thanks for wasting my time AppliancesConnection!
We've ordered multiple appliances from Appliance Connections and couldn't be happier with them and their services. We were able to buy the next model up rather than settling for a lower model from a big box store.
We've also had great experience with the delivery team. They were courteous and professional. They were very proactive with communicating with us about when they would arrive.
We highly recommend Appliance Connections!
Love this company. Have purchased 3 or 4 large appliances from them in the last five years. My most recent purchase was a Frigidaire large upright full size freezer. It arrived in perfect condition and has been working great to date. Have had it for about 2 months but this review is about AppliancesConnection.com and what a great company they are. I see no reason to buy my appliances from anyone else as we are just thrilled with their prices and service. I can highly recommend them.

I have recently purchased a Sharp Steam Oven (Sharp SSC0586DS).
At first there was a delay for the shipment dates. However, as I contact the supporting staff. I got a much better accurate shipment date.
I did not believe the price and the creditability of the company, because it's quite expensive investment into a company with a mixed history in the online reviews.
But I take a chance because the price was lower other sites that offers the same product (knowingly, I can't call the credit card company for refund if they don't ship the product, because I did authorized the transaction.)
And it turn out to be great. The product arrived once they have sent out the shipment notification. And they also give out instructions on how to inspect product upon arrival.

Requested price match for GE Refrigerator and Microwave- Alex S. Took order by phone, but I never got my invoice because he spelled my name wrong. After calling several times to check on it and getting my name corrected the invoice was $136 more than quoted to meet the price match. Also that same day (that invoice came) they were selling for the match price on their site but still did not correct it and I also never got the $50 rebate from the site as promised. After numerous calls it was never corrected. They are just a scam I would shop at Madsion or Elite appliance instead. I have used them before and should have this time.

Shopped all the big box stores first, Frustrated by the lack of selection and high prices, went online found Appliances Connection out of Brooklyn NY. Compared several Refrigerator's and found just what I was looking for an LG model that was highly rated. Had it shipped to my home in NC, it arrived in perfect condition. I am so pleased with my purchase I decided to use them again this time for a washer dryer set.
This is no Bull they have the best selection around by far and really do have the lowest prices available anywhere., I am so pleased that now I am looking at a big screen TV and yes Appliance Connection will be the place for me. OH yes they also have no interest financing available which I took advantage of.

Outstanding deal and service made for a Totally Great Buying Experience!
I really wanted the LG 65" OLED E7 but it was $4k! I was told good things about Appliance Connection by a friend and I was not one bit disappointed. Try 'em, you'll Like 'em!
Our order was easy to place and was shipped well without any issues. Although if you need fast shipping this may not be for you because it did take a bit longer to arrive.
We are happy with the couch we ordered. Fits nicely in our space and is super comfy!

I placed an order for a sofa on their website (as I thought it was a great deal, first mistake). I advised rep that I needed this sofa before my housewarming on the 30th of June, rep said that I should have the merchandise by the 25th. I asked the rep to send the shipping information to my email because I wanted it documented what I was told. The rep sent me an email but it didn't have the shipping information in the email. I called them again to ask for this information and was made aware again that my items would be delivered by the 25th and they would send me an email, NO EMAIL. I called again on 6/20/2018 and spoke to a guy named Eric who informed my that my sofa was going to be delivered some time at the begging of July, I advised him that this was not the information that I had been told twice and he kept interrupting me and being completely rude to me and basically called me a liar. These guys are relentless liars! They canceled my order without my permission and are still holding my funds. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Stated an mini split A/C system was in stock and would be a "quick ship" on their website (quick ship means it would ship within 2 days of placing an order). I placed the order on 6/18. Checked status 6/19, it showed "Waiting on Truck". Checked again 6/20, it showed "In Stock. Ready to Ship". Should have shipped 6/20 so I called. Rep put me on hold for a while to check, came back stating it would deliver "Friday or Saturday" (6/22 - 6/23).
On 6/22 checked online status again, now showed "ETA June 28,2018". I called, while on hold I went to the website, still showed the A/C unit as "4 in stock and available for quick ship". Person I spoke to confirmed they wouldn't have any until 6/28, then they'd ship to me. I said cancel the order. Was told to hold on, might be able to do something. After 40 minutes on the phone I'm told a different model A/C made by the same manufacturer will be "delivered to [them] on a truck coming later today and they will be able to ship to me tomorrow". But the other model is $300 more than the one I bought.
Classic bait and switch, a very dishonest way to do business and a terrible way to treat people. Website states A/C unit is in stock and will ship quickly, then 4 days later tell me if I pay for a model that's $300 more expensive they can ship one day later.

We purchased appliances on May 22nd of 2018. We received an email from Appliances Connection on June 6th that our order was being processed and we were expected to receive our appliances ahead of schedule. Then, communication pretty much stopped. We contacted Appliance Connection and asked for a status update. The only thing they could tell us, and kept repeating was "There's nothing I can do." We then began receiving emails almost daily that only said the appliance was in transit. And the expected delivery date kept getting pushed out. Horrible, horrible company who knows nothing about anything. We will never use them again.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
